Facility and Group modules are duplicative...requiring user to load duplicate records. Cons too focused on credentialing rather than network management data model has redundant fields and not too easy to add new things.. trouble handling large volumes using web services. It's easy to find data as it is placed in fields that make sense. With the query feature it is easy to find your filters using paint on and then export to an excel spreadsheet Cons While I like the queries, I am having difficulty creating forms and documents. Cons Extremely limited functionality unless you purchase all the modules necessary to make the program run as it is advertised (as credentialing software). I also am an administrator. Cons I had a good experience working with the rep and the rest of the team for a cactus implementation of a new entity. Everything went smoothly.
