Pros Ease of use mostly but there are a lot of fields that are not used. Cons The influx of forms. There are too many outdated forms no longer in use that they do not remove despite requests. I'm sure there is more I can produce with CMD, I just don't know how. Pros The info is stored in an easy to read format. Also, ie. If I'm updating malpractice for all providers and in the "malpractice" tab, when I click on the arrow to proceed to the next provider, the malpractice tab opens automatically for them as well. This was a great update! Cons The reporting is not always intuitive, and sometimes comes in an Excel sheet, which takes some editing to turn into a PDF.
