The NPS survey capabilities are also simple to use and increased our understanding of what's working well for our customers and where we have opportunities. Easy to set up events. Captures all events historically even if you aren't tracking them in the UI. Good to work with. Cons Has some issues -- stuff breaks every once in awhile. It's fairly easy to use and, when necessary, talking to customer support is always a pleasure. Cons I would like it if there were more resources for using Pendo as a marketer. May 15, 2019 5.0 Pendo is well done and has helped our teams to get useful insights from the different aspects of our app. Pros Extremely easy to integrate with an existing app and setup analytics with the click on few buttons. Cons The dashboard was quite buggy, i.e. clicking some links just take you to a blank page and you have to force refresh the page to get it to load. Cons The fact that I have no idea how long a user stay on a page, or the flow that they used to navigate around our software. Would LOVE some recreation of user flows based on the where users click. Pros I really enjoy using Pendo to be able to track what my prospects are doing while they are in our platform. Great way to get the cosumer enaged. The UX + UI is clean. Support is readily available. Able to easily understand usage metrics for each client. Very easy to implement Pendo and see stats on how users use our product. Cons Would like Pendo to capture screen size and browser, O/S use by visitor.
