We've been using it for about a year now and it has made a big impact o our SEO efforts. We no longer feel like we're just acting blindly, we have all the knowledge and resources we need to build a really useful SEO strategy. Pros The software gives us lots of data that we can report on and use to understand how we are performing performing. Being able to keep track of our SEO progress and report back to management with easy to understand data is a real plus. Their customer support is also really great, they're willing to go above and beyond to support us! Cons Like anything that's new, at first it can be a bit complicated, with lots of elements to get your head around. However, with the help of their customer support team any sticking points could be quickly ironed out and I find it easy to use for all our needs. See what's keeping your site from being more SEO friendly and therefore being shown on google results lower. I initially learned about this software in my college class on SEO and the professor was a huge fan as well. Cons Not a ton of cons on this one. It's the only platform I use besides hootsuite, your social posting is good but hootsuite has a better interface and simpler to use. Just being honest. Pros So many features within one platform. The latest additions since the summer are awesome to peak on what competition is doing is really sweet. Cons To be honest the left side menu is a bit confusing at times I forget where I'm at and where I came from ... when i return the following day or week I forgot the navigation path I took to pick up where I left off. And if the person doesn't know the answer they will find out for you. Cons Their data is pulled from google and adwords. If you or your competitor are not using these sources it won't give an accurate picture. Plus although they say disavowed links are removed immediately it can take up to 3 months to see it dropped off.
