Cons Some of the competitive analysis can leave you scratching your head, although that is mainly trying to figure out how some of your top competitors even get up there, when they seem to violate proper SEO. Pros is a multi-tool of SEO tools. We rarely need to step outside SEMrush to get insight into our website SEO performance. It gives you some great easy-to-read and well-rounded site reports and I should say that even with the basic SEO knowledge they will be enough to get a broader picture of what's going on with your traffic. Cons Traffic predictions are inaccurate and they are there simple as a gimmic and not something you can rely on. Facilitator Education Management Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Excellent search visibility trarcking but A complicated UI" August 20, 2021 5.0 Overall, I use this in parallel with Moz but Moz is still my primary SEO tool and SEM rush is a secondary tool. A more refined UX may see me make a switch! But SEM rush is a potent and powerful SEO tool nonetheless. Pros The excellent frequency with which the search visibility is tracked is an excellent feature. I usually use Moz for SEO work. But Moz only updates search visibility once a week. Whereas SEM Rush would update search visibility every day (4 hourly, I think) which is excellent if you want to see the impact of some changes such as technical SEO fixes. The other excellent feature that I found exclusive to SEM rush was PPC competitor tracking. Knowing what competitors are bidding on is beyond the realm of a usual SEO software and is a great addition. Cons My biggest gripe is the UI. The UI and the menu structure is cluttered and confusing. It appears that there are too many features crammed into the vertical UI and the categorisation is confusing which does not allow me to leverage the tool to its full potential. Review Source Erwin M.
