Not exactly intuitive for non-SEO people. They have an expansive knowledge library and my account rep has been helpful, but this takes time to get going. Even though SEO wasn't our biggest focus, it was cool to see all that data and it helped us with a lot of the decision-making that goes into publishing a website. Pros made it really easy to do keyword research when we were building and optimizing our website. We didn't pay for the tool since it was maintained by the company that helped us build our website, so I can't speak to its value for money but it was really cool being able to look at search volume and other metrics for hundreds of keywords when working on the site. Cons I honestly don't have anything bad to say about , except maybe that the tool can be a little overwhelming when you start to dive into it.
