Once we learnt about eComdash, it solved all of our problems. All the inventory reduction or counts are automated, it also syncs all the data across from our websites, which is wonderful. Saved us tons of time and labor cost. Pros EComdash is super easy to work with and it helps us-- a small e-commerce company with several channe Cons Some functions of eComdash is pretty robust and sometimes it gets me super confused. Like for reporting function it shows several that all sounded the same but I don't really know if the things I need will be inside of until after I run it and wait for 5 minutes until the report is ready to see if I actually ran the right report. Pros the ability to automate dropshipping has been key in creating and keeping my side business a major success. You can manage all of your ecom orders in one dashboard. Although it might be useful in some ways, I completely not satisfies with customer service. Cons “Free trial is just a bait, they start charging without giving any notice” I have started a free trial with them, which gave me 2 months of free usage, and it required my credit card to activate it. During the trial period, maybe I used them for a few times and then left the portal. After several months when I checked my credit card, I realized that they have charged me for the past 6-8 months. I immediately contacted them for a refund, they refused it saying that it is against their policy. I tried all the ways possible to get my right, even finally their CEO called me, however he also didn’t help me, saying that if he helps me, he would have to do the same for others who has the same issue as me. And I told him that even million dollar companies or banks inform their users before charging them, and if something happens by mistake, they can help for customer satisfaction. That was my experience with them, just to let others know it in advance before creating an ecomdash account. Review Source Adriahnna C. Cons Since we've been using the software, we've had several glitches causing hiccups in our inventory counts. When something ran out of stock, it doesnt show as out of stock so it wouldnt show up on our reorder sheet. One of the best features that the software offers is that you are able to check business emails remotely from any computer with an Internet connection. Cons If you send an email from the Web.com site, whatever emails you send from the Web.com site only are accessible from the Web.com site. You cannot access them from anywhere else. If you sell on multiple channels - ecomdash is a MUST HAVE. The sliding scale pricing is perfect for new businesses. The customer service is AWESOME! Inputting new products is a breeze. CEO Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Don't bother if you are on Woocommerce" October 3, 2019 1.0 Customer service, isn't real, flaky uneducated responses, phone support you have to SCHEDULE, that's right you can't just call and talk to someone they want you to SCHEDULE it. I don't have have time for that. Waste my time for your failure to have a properly functioning integration...uh no. Pros I like the theory of how they tell you it's going to work. Cons It just doesn't integrate with Woocommerce to even be remotely functional. It doesn't pull in all the images, does not pull in the barcordes or brands, how to drop ship you have to renenter the same information three times once for supplier, once for warehouse, and again for drop shipper. Bottom line is there is no UPC barcoding because they don't have an integration for it and after telling them now FOUR times trying literally once a year for FOUR years that they don't have their woocommerce integration down they continue to send me emails and advertise a woocommerce integration. No real store can use this. What's appalling is they don't even know the new Woocommerce SKU structure changed of I don't know TWO YEARS AGO! Review Source JO Jen O. Pros It made our order processing a lot easier Cons I would like to customize dashboard to my liking to make the process easier to use in my day to day operation but there is no way to customize default filters or preferred view settings. " December 5, 2016 5.0 This was probably the easiest and fastest that I was able to get my website up and running. I am NOT very computer savvy, but they took most of the guess work out. We simply could not cost justify the expense and ROI. Pros Ecomdash works very well. It has great features and functionality. It connects to most marketplaces and integrates everything seamlessly. Customer Service was strong and they are always on top of things. Cons We simply found this product to be price restrictive for a company of our size. Doing only about 800 online orders a month, the cost per order was simply to high. We were able to switch to another company and cut our cost per transaction down by over 70%. October 13, 2017 4.0 Pros It is very inexpensive inventory software and works well with all the selling channels we are currently using ( Etsy, Amazon, Shopify and Walmart). Cons Pricing update and accounting functionality need some improvement. When a order was cancelled from some market places, the cancellation info would not be posted back to the ecomdash and you have to cancel it manually on the ecomdash's order dashboard. President Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Ecomdash - Stellar Support and Response" November 17, 2015 5.0 Pros Compared to other software experiences we had, ecomdash software actually does what they say it will do, simply put "It Works" and the customer service is supreme. One thing in particular about this company I like, is they listen to their customer's suggestions. I can't tell you how many times I have made suggestions only to see them studied and placed into the software. Most other companies don't or can't do that, ecomdash excels in that area. Cons I don't know that I can honestly come up with anything I like least about this product, or the vendor. It is to do a specific purpose and it does it well. I suppose IF I had to choose a least liked aspect, it would be the idle time out. Not that it isn't plenty long before time out and requiring the password to unlock it I just like to walk off for a bit and get some coffee, well you know. (note you don't have to re-logon in with user name and password, you just unlock it with the password). Truthfully I would not take away the idle timeout at all, it is there to protect my account. They don't know how to solve an issue. I tried contacting their customer services representatives twice and they didn't fail to disappoint me both the times. First they don't have any idea how their system works. For a simple issue like "unable to login" they gave me 2 days timeframe to resolve the issue. 2nd it is a difficult thing to make them understand the issue. July 17, 2018 5.0 Pros I like the way you can link inventory from multiple sales channels in one database. It has a simple layout that is easy to use and it is very helpful the way they keep histories of downloads, imports and exports. Also, when you call customer service you always get someone who is very knowledgeable of the product. Cons We're still learning how to use the program but so far I don't see any major shortcomings. If I had to say one it is a little confusing how a parent product is shown as listed on a storefront but the variants that we are actually selling are not listed on the storefront when they actually are being sold on these storefronts.
