Pros Excellent customer service, I have spoken with multiple agents and they have all known the answer correctly and quickly. Inventory control Listing control Low stock control and alerts Integrating multiple platform shipping works great Everything is pretty straight forward Cons Along with a lot of great options comes a lot to learn. Pros Its cheap cannot say anymore than that , you get free trial , can be used for Amazon ,ebay and plenty of other sites Cons Makes duplicate Amazon listings for FBA items and then you find you have another listing for FBM when the item is FBA stock .Find yourself checking Amazon on a daily basis to see if any other duplicate listings ,so waste of time. Cancelled subscription because of this yet charged my card anyway and wont refund credit only , way do i want credit on the account if never gonna use the software again. Cons It's not as customizable as you'd think. If you do want some sort of customization it's much more difficult \`and not good if you're non-technical. Support is also limited. Cons You just do not know what you are getting with web.com. I would not sign up. All of the templates look super dated still. Like something from the 90's. There is no theme that screams 2018. Pros Very polished and pretty site. Don't be fooled. Cons This company aggressively punishes for a trial. After realizing the product doesn’t do what we need they went ahead with a subscription never authorized. Despite being advised to cease billing they continue anyway. I have been given the runaround for months now. They refuse to issue even the partial credit they offered. I have tried repeatedly to have the matter resolved but I keep getting the runaround. Pros This software has the capabilities and features that our online wholesale business needed that wasn't available with other software. Cons The software is not very intuitive or user friendly, and so we've had to put in additional time to figure out how to do things in the software and train our employees. September 21, 2017 1.0 Pros The product is cheap, but you get what you pay for. The customer service was horrible and nobody knew what was going on. Cons They messed up my inventory, I'm still trying to fix the problem and it's been months. The person who helped me with my account had no clue what he was doing either. They also tried to keep billing me after I cancelled the service. I never write reviews this bad, as I try to give companies or people the benefit of the doubt. We are so glad we switch to Ecomdash. Pros Ecomdash software is straightforward and easy to use. Their training videos are very helpful. There support team is knowledgeable and available. You schedule a time and they follow through and call you back. Cons We have only used Ecomdash for a few weeks but any problems we have had the customer support team was able to solve. If her functionality is what I hope I think I'm going to be in a long lasting relationship with ecomdash Pros I've found the customer support to be outstanding, They have gone all out in every way possible to assist me with getting started, extended my free trial, offered me a discount price while I get a feel for and learn how to use all the tools available ect. Cons I found it to be a bit complex and almost overwhelming at first site, but I think that is just because I've got so many iron in the fire already and wasn't really prepared for learning a new system and platform, thus I think any con's I mention is all on me, and not any fault of ecomdash. I can really recommend Boxstorm. They are really great and also have an app for android & ios for scanning your inventory. Cons I'm planning to try Xero , and there is no integration for Xero yet. Also, kitting is a nice feature, but I wish Sales orders can include all the components of the kit with their individual price, it's a nice feature to have to be able to see my profit per item. Used the software for: ### "A few bugs that are extremely annoying with interface" March 23, 2017 2.0 I have been reporting a bug that have been driving me insane for about 2 years now, they keep telling me it will be fixed soon, but it is not being even worked on. The bug is in the restocking inventory module where everytime you add a product, the screen reverts back to page 1 . for more details please refer to the multiple emails that I explained in detail and it turned out I was just wasting my time. This is just one example but all through out the website there are little quirks like that, that drives me insane. Pros I did like that this site offered the ability to make your own website. They give you all the tools you will need to get up and running, and were fairly helpful with how to go about it. Cons I did not like that I was asked to purchase new features at every turn. I know that it is not free to make a website, but pages like Wordpress and Weebly were a bit cheaper and had just as many options. I did not end up staying with Web.
