Ondanks dat wij snel een keuze moeten maken voor een ander CRM-systeem en weinig vergelijkings-materiaal hadden, is (achteraf gezien) SpinOffice voor ons de juiste keuze geweest!

Pros

Het grootste voordeel van SpinOffice, is de duidelijke scherm-indeling, de korte lijnen en goede bereikbaarheid en snelle hulp bij vragen of onduidelijkheden.

Cons

Ik kan eigenlijk geen grote nadelen opnoemen, wel zijn er natuurlijk altijd (kleine) wensen of aanpassingen

De klantenservice en de snelle respons op vragen maakt dat wij SpinOffice in zeer korte tijd in gebruik hebben kunnen stellen. Alles werkt gewoon direct. Dat betekent dat er veel is nagedacht over de functionaliteiten en hoe eea moet werken. Dat is ook nog eens in de praktijk gebracht wat resulteert in een kwaliteitsproduct tegen een faire prijs!

Pros

SpinOffice lijkt dé perfecte tool voor CRM te zijn. Met name de intuitieve manier zoals het geheel is opgebouwd spreekt mij zeer aan. Hierdoor motiveert het om met SpinOffice te werken. In slechts 2 weken tijd hebben wij het geheel staan en al vol in gebruik. Top!

Cons

Wij zien geen nadelen in het gebruik van SpinOffice!

j'utilise ce logiciel depuis des années mais de manière très ponctuelle, dès lors que l'on veut exploiter plus en détail toute les fonctionnalités promises , on découvre de nombreux '' Bugs '' qu'il faut faire corriger... Et les corrections sont fastidieuses.

Possibilité d'enregistrer dans une base de donnée de nombreuses informations relatives à un contact

Cons

ce logiciel n'est pas intuitif. Il faut trop souvent faire appel soit au manuel ( qui est incomplet ou mal traduit ) soit à l'assistance .... Les intégrations ne sont pas optimisées.

Positieve ervaring! Na lang zoeken en vergelijken voor mij de betere keuze! Een perfect systeem bestaat wellicht niet, zeker met de PRO versie die uiteindelijk nog steeds geen maatwerk is maar het doet prima wat het moet doen en krachtiger dan je zou vermoeden! Ik ben tot op heden erg tevreden!

Pros

Spinoffice zorgt ervoor dat ik volledige controle heb over mijn zakelijke relatiebeheer wat voor mijn activiteit als zelfstandig freelancer in het domein sales erg belangrijk is. Ik heb bewust gekozen voor Spinoffice CRM versus de andere bekende aanbieders omdat het voor mij specifiek doet wat het moet doen en dus zeer efficiënt werkt waardoor je de focus blijft behouden en ook je hoofd kan leeg maken mede dankzij een lege inbox. Bovendien zeer gebruiksvriendelijk met een fantastische ondersteuning van de persoonlijke support van Spinoffice! In het begin is het even wennen maar eens je de werking begrijpt vind ik het een zeer krachtige tool. Je kan deze zelf naar je hand zetten en inrichten zoals je zelf wil ( bv. met labels, relatiekoppelingen, ..), Je kan er ook gericht voor bv. een bepaalde klanten doelgroep gepersonaliseerde massamailings mee gaan opzetten en je kan er makkelijk werken met zelf gemaakte templates. Ook als team kan je samenwerken aan een gezamelijke klantendatabase. Hoe langer je ermee werkt hoe sterker de CRM zal worden omdat je hem zelf verder zelf eenvoudig kan inrichten en dus een slimme investering voor de toekomst. Ik verwijs naar hun website voor alle info. Het systeem leent zich prima richting de kleine zelfstandige entrepreneur/ ondernemer en de middelgrote ondernemingen. Voor grotere structuren bieden zij uiteraard maatwerk volgens de noden van uw activiteit.

Cons

In het begin steek je er wel wat tijd in om dat je dan alles moet inrichten en de database moet vullen. Maar na verloop van tijd win je juist tijd! Ook de app voor de mobiel vind ik handig als ik onderweg ben.

With SpinOffice I can better organize my daily work. I have all the information relating to my customers simply one click away! Files, emails, appointments, tasks, etc. Everything excellently organised.

Cons

I would like direct integration with WhatsApp, an application often used by my customers. But I'm sure it will be added by the development team soon!

als je klantendossier wilt aanleggen gaat het prima, er is geen rekenkundige tooling voor omzet per klant

Wij werken inmiddels al meer dan jaar of 2 met Spinoffice en de organisatie begint te groeien. We werken met kleine eindgebruikers in Nederland en grote accounts over de hele wereld. We zijn erin geslaagd om dit overzichtelijk te combineren.
