Pros: Customer support is good. Simple and responsive.

Cons: Printing is a bit slow

Overall: We have made our business run smoothly by Repair Pilot. Invoicing the customers with mail integration is one of the added features of this product. Most of our management system for the business is being sorted out. New features come up now and then. Would definitely recommend this software.

Recommendations to other buyers: This is a must for every business. It saves a lot of time and money too.

Pros: Reporting On any metric

Cons: So many features to look at.

Overall: This software takes care of all your management needs for my business. I have been using it for a while and never faced any issue. It's a full functional system and reporting is excellent. Good product for this price range.

Recommendations to other buyers: Being on the fair side I would recommend this product.

Pros: Easy to use. All of our staff can just use it with no real training required.

Overall: I have been using this software since it was very first launched in 2012! It was originally called TrackIT when I first bought it. There have been many additions to the software that I have recommended over the years, so I like to think I have played a part in making it what it is! The guys are very receptive to making changes, and are always on the other end of the phone.

Recommendations to other buyers: I always find phone support is the best way to get in touch! The online ticketing system can take a day or two, so I always find it best to give them a call.

Not ready for release.
Wasted MANY hours trying to get it working but to no avail.

Software does not work, has many issues if you can even log in

Pros: It has potential but it has to work first. Good interface

Cons: Does not work. Has too many exception faults. To many errors

Overall: No support, continued updates of software that does not work, no contact from support when emailed, no follow through from support.

Recommendations to other buyers: Get it to work first the put it out on the market.
