Pros Good value for money compared to other PW managers. Great for managing team access to credentials with its team member level controls. Very easy UI that makes saving and retrieving credentials quick and easy. Cons Creating and adding new labels is a little bit tricky, as you can't create a new label at the same time you save a new login credential. Instead, you have to create the label first, then save the new credential. It has more advanced tools for bigger companies, but it also works for small teams with contract-based support. Pros I appreciate the added security and help to upgrade existing passwords to more secure ones. The product is easy to use and share passwords as needed. It's been better than SecureSafe and other password managers I've used previously. I like seeing stats on passwords, including age, how recently they were used, etc. Cons I haven't had any issues with it - working as expected. It only took a few minutes to understand the setup, and implementation has been seamless. If an account is live in the system with a valid payment method the account will be billed on an annual basis. We process refunds within 24 hours of confirming they are legitimate. I used the website's tutorials and videos to set it up and didn't have any issues. Pros It is as solid as anything on the market, reliable and user-friendly. The cost is unbeatable. I use it just about every day and have had little trouble labeling and organizing my passwords. The web documentation and videos are simple and clear. Cons I haven't discovered any cons as of yet. Pros Easy to navigate but limited functionality. Cons Group management was not available at the time and cancel the subscription but they continued to charge us annually for the cancelled account even though we followed up more than 10 times. Would not trust them with my passwords if I can't trust them with my credit card. Reasons for choosing Passpack Easy to use at the time but have since moved to Lastpass. Does not have native mobile apps which enable quick login to other apps on devices. Does not work on Linux. Cannot attach files. Does not have browser extensions to autofill passwords and generate passwords.
