Pros It makes th ings super easy for me, I don't have to create passwords, I don't have to remember passwords, and I know my sign-on information is secure and that I won't forget my passwords ever. Cons I would have to say that the only thing I dislike about it, is I can't use the same lastpass account both on my computer and my phone at the same time. Review Source SD Sean D. This app allows me to have highly secure phrases and never use the same password twice. It's available on every browser I use and every device. Cons It takes an extra step to add-on to browsers and use on my mobile, but its worth it. Because its not a browser pw management or built into my phone, I trust that they are more focused on security than a company that is also managing a multiple lines of products, OS's, and other software. Pros Being able to login to any system by just clicking a single button is fantastic! Saves time while being secure. President Design Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Very affordable and essential; wish it had more cohesive design" January 9, 2018 5.0 Pros LastPass Enterprise makes it easy for me to manage passwords for my team. Sharing with individuals in LastPass is by far the most intuitive experience compared to other password managers I've tried. Cons The interface has gotten dramatically better but it's still the weakest point. A lot of functionality is buried behind right-click instead of being available directly in the UI (and even though I know this, I constantly forget it). Shared folders just prepend the word "Shared" (rather than being visually different) and there's no way to filter so you only see shared folders, for instance. Some of the icons can be a bit confusing (the collapse and expand folders icons in particular). I wish you could drag-and-drop folders to make creating groups easier. It also doesn't seem possible to provide multiple domains for a given website which is frustrating. I've also had trouble getting in touch with LastPass via their official Twitter support. I was able to answer my own questions and didn't ultimately need their response (and email support will likely have been more responsive) but it's still worrisome that their official Twitter support channel ignored me completely! Pros It was affordable, easy to use both from an admin and end user perspective. The software could be deployed on any OS including mobile. Cons The security was compromised in a well known case. This should never happen if the company followed best practices. I could never trust this software again after it failed to perform the single task I used it for. Business Writer Internet Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "A Veritable Tool for Password Management" November 5, 2018 5.0 I would say for the time I have used Lastpass Enterprise I find their Pros greater than their CON, therefore I will strongly recommend them for anyone needing a password manager for their business or company. Pros For years I have looked for ways to bypass the stress of re-inputting login details or information in a secured way, though different browsers seem to provide an option of re-inputting these information but in an unsecured way, everything seem to turn around when I discovered LastPass Enterprise I couldn't help but to remain in awe at the features it possesses. Firstly, I discovered I could save all my login information with just a single password that kept me excited and accomplished. Secondly, it gives you the opportunity to share your password with your team bypassing the stress of having too many passwords for a single software or site. I am highly grateful for the kind of interface it has which allows you navigate and move swiftly while using the software, irrelevant pop ups clears quickly while relevant ones remains. I couldn't ask for a better password manager as to Lastpass. Thank you Cons In as much as I really enjoy using this software, I discovered a simple glitch which needs to be worked on for a more efficient management, the pain of Lastpass not saving up password in some site in hurting and weakening, this CON should be looked and taken care of. Sometimes it is too invasive and overlaps the browser saved logins and this is annoying. Overall, it is a strong tool. Pros It feels very safe and there is nothing better than having central storage for the login details. Creating further login details and sharing them companywide or just with a single colleague is very easy. Cons You cannot disable the tool for some sites. In fact, the button to populate the log-in form always pops out after a couple of seconds and removes the credentials that the browser might have stored. This is annoying. LastPass is more secure and allows me to manage a total of 900 passwords. Pros LastPass provides a list of features to manage and share passwords, website lists and categories, fills-in address and payment card details, restricts access to certain computers or certain countries, and is especially helpful when there are many logins to monitor for the same domain. Cons Sometimes when a password has been changed, LastPass will not recognize it. So if a user generates a secure password, then it could be lost unless it's saved temporarily. Also, some websites will not allow you to easily insert your username and password. Sometimes this is an intentional website design to circumvent copying and pasting of text, so it is not a LastPass deficiency. Review Source Christiane D. Paid version is also good and you'll have different settings and options available. Overall the experience has been good and we have been using LastPass for the past 3 years. Pros Lastpass has great features, and options to share passwords, like Sharing Center where you can share any passwords with colleagues when necessary, you can also set permissions as "user can see and copy password", or "user can't see password but can use to log in". You can also create folders, and they will show you an warning if your passwords are not secure enough, or if they are similar. Cons Sometimes it looks a bit confusing, especially if we share a lot of credentials and we have different folders. This means you end up creating a duplicate of that item in a space where you can share just so that you can exchange the password with someone else. This duplication can lead to future confusion when you are updating sites and passwords. Cons The 2 factor is a bit annoying on mobile but it works well enough. Also, people are unhappy you have to have paid to use on desktop and mobile but I am fine paying for goof software. Features i love are the NOTES, the notes are really important for me since I use them a lot for any type of passwords that are not used with your computer, example: your alarm system or your school locks or anything else. Pros I use LastPass Business everywhere, on my desktop, my phone and all my browsers. It is very easy to use and very practical. The Strong password suggestions is very useful. Cons Sharing issues I’ve had some issues with the Family sharing in the past where a family member shared a few passwords, I accidently deleted all his shared passwords in my family sharing center and that person that had shared the password just lost all his original shared passwords (from his lastpass account. I have not had this issue with the Business, but I will make test just to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Hard to get prices with the business plans.
