### "Last Pass is for everyone"

November 28, 2018

5.0

For our small business is great because we can use shared vaults to share passwords across the system and we can randomize them to make them much more secure

Pros

I love this, now I can use randomized passwords everywhere, especially after they added support for filling out the passwords on iOS apps. Greatly increases security and convenience. I used for personal and business. In our small business we use it for shared passwords.

Cons

Some apps don't recognize it on iOS (most do). When the username is pre-loaded and you have more than one login, it will take the first one instead of the one that is actually in the username field. Also, some websites (like itunesconnect) have the arrow on the right of the field which makes clicking the last pass icon difficult.

### "Last password you need to remember"

April 8, 2021

5.0

The free version is a must-have to everyone, considering how many usernames/passwords we use every day. The premium version is a nice add-on for all professional/business use.

Pros

Password manager that is super easy to use. Setup can be done within a minute as a Chrome extension. After the initial installation and setting master username and password, the user can use LastPass to fill in username and password automatically. Be careful but LastPass can be easily overused which makes it hard to use a device without it. LastPass can also generate a random password in case you need it.

Cons

The free version is limited to one type of device (PC or Mobile). The selection cannot be reversed. The premium subscription is more expensive than other similar password managers.

### "Potentially the Biggest Time Saver We Have"

August 7, 2019

5.0

We are saving hundreds of minutes each week by avoiding the common practice of trying and failing to remember login credentials and then either resetting or asking IT to reset your password. LastPass is a lifesaver.

Pros

LastPass for Business is one of the easiest to use tools that I have. You set up a master password for LastPass and then all other sites and their corresponding logins and passwords are stored. No matter how long it's been since you last logged in, LastPass remembers your credentials.

Cons

The integration with the app between personal and business accounts does not work quite as smoothly as I would like. I have a business account as well as a personal LastPass account and interacting with both of these on my phone is not the most straightforward process.

### "Lastpass still offers great value. "

August 28, 2021

5.0

The key features that are useful to me are weak password reminders, dark web monitoring, password sharing, and easy user management.

Pros

They benefit from the fact that they were one of the first to really push the adoption of password managers to the mass market. I went with them because I had clients that need to share their access to resources. They were already using Lastpass, so the choice was moot. I also found it easy to manage multiple users and I really appreciate that they implement breach monitoring together with weak password reminders.

Cons

I really disagreed with the path they took to weaken the usability for free users. Limiting the user to 1 device, either PC or mobile device only, and locking that choice seems kind of iffy to me. It felt like they were forcing users to pay instead of convincing customers to pay because they find it valuable. I can't really blame the people who ditched it in favor of other password managers.

### "LastPass The safest Password Manager"

March 31, 2020

5.0

LassPass is the best thing that has happened to me regarding the security of my emails etc. LassPass has allowed me to have all the passwords on this platform without worrying if I forgot them.

Pros

What I like about Lasspass is that I can save all passwords in this same software for our purchase pages, our social networks, and emails, that's why I use Lasspass. With LassPass I can have all the passwords of this account. As we can imagine, this software has a free and a paid version, but this free version of LassPass is excellent. The goal of LassPass is to save all your passwords and avoid headaches by remembering account passwords.

Cons

LastPass has been an excellent tool for the security of my accounts. I have nothing bad to say. The free version is very good.

### "No Major Complaints"

November 6, 2021

4.0

It's been ok, the new mobile issue has been quite annoying, I might try and find a better solution in the future, but for now it's been ok.

Pros

I like organizing my passwords in a single encrypted source. I can generate new, random and complex passwords for every service I sign up to, and I only have to worry about cycling one master password regularly.

Cons

They recently made a change requiring you to pay for the software to be able to use it on both mobile and desktop at the same time. I had no objection to this, I was happy to pay for it, however since that change I am constantly having to relog in on mobile and it's very annoying.

### "Password management made easy"

March 22, 2019

5.0

The company used to update the passwords on all the different services web sites whenever someone in the company leaves, and the people struggle to update their passwords, now they dont have to as they never know the password even changed, and lastpass manages that for them with the sharing features.

Pros

It's a very conveninet piece of software, it allows to have control of your passwords both personal and company wise in a matter that you dont have to share the password with an employee, or at least they will be able to use it but not knowing the real password behind, the fill process will take charge on it. If the employee leaves then remove he sharing and it's done, that is super helpful when having an account for a important bussiness related website that requires a company account and password, no more sharing the password around anymore and increasing the vulnerability, even update the password without no body knowing. It's great.

Cons

If you lose the lastpass password then that's a problem, but that happens with any other site that requires a login, of course you can recover it.

### "Single most useful tool I use (for business or personal)"

June 24, 2020

5.0

LP for Business has enabled better cross team (and cross-departmental) communication & information sharing, and has allowed us to more quickly ramp up into new tools and support new hires in getting onboarded - since all essential information is in one central place. Would absolutely recommend for every startup balancing numerous tools and business softwares.

Pros

The shared vault feature for login information has been exceptionally valuable for tracking the myriad of portals/tool logins that our department uses at work - in addition to personal user logins for other business tools. Past jobs I've worked at have had outdated internal wikis or something similar to track this kind of information - which was so much less useful and dynamic. The browser extension makes it so easy to verify login info, as well as generating secure passwords (which is helpful in Customer Facing role at a SaaS company, when users forget their password and need a secure reset).

Cons

It was a bit of an ordeal to get logged back into my account when I lost my master password - but this is ultimately a good thing because it means my information is truly secure for the price of a minor inconvenience

### "LastPass saves time and frustration! You need this! "

February 25, 2022

It literally changed my life and make my workday so much better! You need this!

Pros

LastPass has changed my life and saved me hours of time by auto filling many passwords for me every day. LastPass allows me to go from site to site and login with ease and all I have to remember is my LastPass password. Just one! And you can use it on multiple devices!

Cons

The only thing I don’t like is all the time I spent resetting my passwords before I had LastPass. There is nothing I don’t like about it.

### "Memory bank"

September 29, 2020

5.0

I love LastPass and will continue to use it for years to come. I do not have to worry about remembering hundreds of usernames and passwords because LastPass does it for me. I can get to work faster because of it!

Pros

I love that I don't have to keep track of 100 different usernames and passwords. I only have to remember one username and one password!! LastPass is amazing and it is safe! I have never had an issue with hackers getting into my password vault.

Cons

On certain websites, I have a hard time exiting out of the pop up box from LastPass. When I go to fill in my username and password by clicking on the three dotted box in the text field, it sometimes gets in the way of what I can see and I am unable to exit out of it. It's a minor inconvenience.

### "Exactly what you would expect for managing passwords."

August 26, 2019

4.0

LastPass has given us the option to tighten down on security for our managed accounts well maintaining accessibility across several parties.

Pros

The platform does exactly what we need it for: manages passwords across hundreds of accounts. It makes organizing the hundreds of accounts possible without compromising security for the accounts.

Cons

The Chrome extension doesn't seem to be well optimized for managing as many passwords as we have. Sometimes it slows down logins and the Chrome application.

Very easy to use in order to secure your online activities and access.

Pros

I have a LastPass Premium account so I can access my secure passwords across multiple desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. I love the ease of generating a strong password for every login I have. Customer support is excellent.

Cons

There's nothing I dislike about LastPass. I have never felt as confident as I do with LastPass securing my passwords.

### "Best password management out there"

March 19, 2019

4.0

Great experience for as a user and administrator. Definitely a time and frustration saver.

Pros

No more need to remember passwords. As an IT professional one of the most common questions we used to have from users on a daily basis was credentials resets. LastPass Enterprise solved most this issues, when I say most I mean because for a number of solutions we use users are required to change password after x months even with LastPass we still need to assist on a number of cases, however built-in customizable password generator it AMAZING.

Cons

In occasion LastPass auto-login does not always work and when users go to sites where the password field has the option to reveal password LP icon is behind it making it hard to log in.

### "Good product, lousy service"

July 16, 2021

4.0

Central storage and administration of corporate-paid-for subscriptions, multifactor authentication, admin functionality, shared folders.

Pros

It works as advertised; secure, multi-featured, and reliable. One of the best password managers out there.

Cons

Their service is abominable. Long wait times, poor quality service, seems offshored to the cheapest possible provider. Given a recent reduction in features for the free version, many people were forced to upgrade to the premium version and this migration isn't painless and seems to have overwhelmed their customer support. But there was no acknowledgement of their challenges with support.

Reason for choosing LastPass

RIch functionality for enterprise, poor experience with KeePass, and previous favorable experience by a team member.

### "Perfect Password Management"

March 28, 2019

5.0

We use LastPass to share passwords for client sites across the company as well as for sharing account access to various products and services; whereas we used to use the same username and password for every site (yikes!) LastPass has increased the complexity and security of our passwords exponentially.

Pros

Sharing passwords with team members is incredibly easy and generating new secure passwords or saving logins is a breeze. The ability to store other information securely also comes in handy often.

Cons

Saving and editing passwords can be SLOW, but I assume that is because it is encrypting or re-encrypting all of the data. It's usually not that big of a headache, but it certainly isn't a quick process. It's especially noticeable when you update a lot of data at one time.

### "terrible password synchronization "

January 12, 2023

3.0

not great since it doesn’t gather and save password well and you need to update each password for each site yourself rather than lasspass working in the background and updating and saving password automatically for you rather than you inputting and changing each password for each site yourself

Pros

i like the user interface it looks easy to use

Cons

it is very bad on pc, it doesn’t detect password that are already saved and gather them from diffrent sites.i would hve to input each password individually into it.it should work like an iphone password, where your iphone password is the only thing u need to remember and it will input all the other password in automatically for all sites and apps.

### "Easy to use and deploy and a simple way to quickly sign in while boosting security"

February 3, 2022

5.0

This is a great solution to having to store passwords in an non-secure place and provides the ability to quickly sign on to anything needed!

Pros

This is a simple place to store all needed passwords and autofill in a wide variety of places. In addition, authentication services provide additional peace of mind that sign-ins are secure.

Cons

Sometimes the platform does not autofill the full username, but it can be entered manually.

### "Complicated UI and not very intuitive to use.. Takes some time to learn how it works"

May 14, 2018

3.0

Sharing access without having to share passwords is a huge plus for a company, especially if passwords are constantly being updated to keep everything secure. Managing a team, Lastpass made it easy to keep passwords updated without having to send a mass email with new passwords which is neither secure nor convenient.

Pros

I liked the integration aspect of this software. Every time you need to put in a password on a website, the plugin would pop up asking you to use the password which was fairly convenient. When managing a team, it makes it easy to share access without giving out the passwords each time.

Cons

I thought the UI was very cluttered and so, if you're using this software to add in a lot of team members, you'll have to schedule a training so they know how it works. Otherwise, it's not very intuitive and I found a lot of team members not even using it because it seemed more complicated than just sharing passwords.

### "Satisfactory Password Management Solution"

October 7, 2021

4.0

Pros

LastPass was easy to set up and understand, simple to use browser extension and works well for password generation and management.

Cons

The UI can be difficult to use at times. Administration, user management and sharing seems overly complicated with shared folders and groups with a UX that doesn't clearly allow for easy editing.

### "Clean Password Manager"

December 7, 2019

5.0

Prior to using LastPass, my team didn't have any consistent way of storing credentials - some would use the password manager built into the browser, while a few others would use an Excel sheet. After some digging around and comparing trials, we eventually settled on LastPass due to it's extra added security (MFA), clean interface, and the fact that it was also the easiest to use overall.

Pros

We use LastPass for Teams to store some of our credentials at work for sites we would only occasionally use, while also having a shared folder for the team-wide credentials that would come up every now and then. The whole process was pretty straightforward with no issues at all - everything was set up within an hour or so, while adding and maintaining the credentials is done in a matter of moments. The options for Multifactor Authentication gives us an extra added layer of security in the case that any of our devices are compromised. Credentials

Cons

We've been using the product for a few months now, but we have not actually run into any issues along any of the steps. The biggest concern on our radar is the security, as it does ultimately put our own data in someone else's hands in the case of a breach.

### "Easy to use, improved security, and room to grow into"

October 23, 2021

5.0

Setting up the basics was very easy for a person who struggles with technology at times. I feel I can grow into more features as needed.

Pros

The password synchronization has made my life A LOT easier on a day to day basis with all my passwords in one place. Plus the Last Pass add on auto fills username and password on sites I use often. It prompts me to reenter my master password when I change networks and/or periodically which gives me piece of mind. I was nervous about having one more subscription and sign in to manage, but well worth it- giving me piece of mind and making my life easier.

Cons

I have found the password generator difficult to navigate. I would like to use it more if it were more intuitive.

### "LastPass is a Life Changer for Me, I Love It"

August 24, 2020

5.0

I will continue using Lastpass happily ever after.

Pros

As a developer, i need to access many sites or apps regularly. And for all these sites I need a username and password. And like everyone, I forgot my username and password quite often. So, before start using LastPass I used to have an excel file to store all my usernames and password, which was not very user friendly and error-prone. And on an occasion, one of my clients shares website access via LastPass and I start using LastPass. I was fascinated by the usefulness of the features of LastPass. I just need to remember the LastPass master password and LastPass take care of the rest. It can remember your password, organize your passwords, generate a strong password, auto-fill contact form, strong authentication, share access without revealing the actual password, even it can auto-fill your payment details. It can be used as an online application, browser extension, mobile apps, and seamlessly run all your devices like PC, Laptop, Pad and mobile.

Cons

It's a little difficult to access LastPass manger if you try to access it from a new location and even if you have the right authentication. I know its for security purposes but in important moments it's annoying.

### "Works great on browsers, desktops and phones"

May 6, 2021

Lastpass has helped our team create and share passwords across multiple offices and timezones

Pros

I love that I can store my passwords across all my devices then go back and use that password on a different device. Lastpass makes it easy to save passwords, especially when you save them on your browser. It also lets you easily link your company account with your personal account.

Cons

There are times when my desktop version is not synced with the remote version so I do not get the correct password. (There is a way to manually do this) Sometimes the box for Lastpass is in the same place as a web box or hint and it is hard to see Lastpass

### "LastPass Daily Use Review"

October 18, 2022

4.0

Overall a great tool to use and would highly recommend to anyone who needs to log into multiple platforms each day.

Pros

Lastpass is a great app you can enable as an extension to save all of your passwords in one place. A great feature is that they are all saved in your 'vault' and you can just log in and click the website you want and it is already logged in for you.

Cons

Cons would be, when trying to switch over to a new device the log in process is quite difficult and if you do not follow the steps correctly you could end up with no data/passwords on your new device.
