Der einzige Nachteil wäre wohl, dass man ohne LastPass komplett aufgeschmissen wäre, wenn man ausnahmslos alle Passwörter damit erstellt und verwaltet. It's an easy way to organize, share and save your passwords in a secure, and convenient way. In terms of sharing passwords, it's a better solution than emailing, texting, or even verbally sharing the password with others since it give you complete information (url, username, password, notes, etc.). Pros I love that you can save all your passwords in this secure app. You can also create different sections And I like that you can just search for a password. You can also share passwords to others with LastPass accounts. Cons The free version only allows you to use it on one device, but they do this after 3x of signing into different devices. Es dauerte dann lange, bis mein Abonnement erneuert wurde, und das war sehr unbequem. Ich denke, das Geld, das ich euch zahle, ist 15-mal höher als die Kosten der Software für euch, daher wäre es möglich gewesen, den Service aus Kulanz für einen so langjährigen Kunden wie mich zu verlängern. Jetzt bin ich beleidigt und werde es auch bleiben. Ich habe alles zu 1Password gewechselt, das zwar etwas teurer ist, aber eine viel bessere Benutzererfahrung bietet. Dank dieser Sperre habe ich im Internet nach einem anderen Angebot für einen Passwortmanager gesucht und etwas Besseres gefunden. Ich wünsche euch alles Gute für eure Zukunft. Pros Alle Passwörter an einem Ort und schön geordnet. Cons Bisschen umständlich und es ist etwas nervig, dass das Fenster immer vorne dran ist bei den Textfeldern. Außerdem nervt es mich, dass ich es nicht auf allen Geräten nutzen kann, nur wenn ich zahle darf ich das. As a large team that shares accounts, the syncing feature working great is needed. The autofill feature works really work and never lets you down. Cons It would be nice to have a quicker and more intuitive way to generate passwords quickly from the input fields. Sometimes it can be tricky to find a password you want. It's in the vault and you have to find it, then click reveal. All in all, it does what it says and isn't terribly expensive. Pros It's a solid password keeper, it has good iOS integration, and can suggest passwords. Any faults are easy to overlook when you can store and manage hundreds of unique, randomly generated passwords across multiple devices. Pros Securely generating strong and unique passwords reduces the risk of data breaches and keeps accounts safe. It also reduces the mental load in trying to create and remember complex passwords and makes sharing passwords very easy. Cons The browser extension search is often slow and sometimes unresponsive to search queries. Sharing passwords also sometimes requires a sign out and sign in in order to access the shared site. And also Lastpass helped me rid of a lot of bad practices like sending unencrypted emails to myself with passwords, or keeping the same passwords across multiple products and services. Pros Generating passwords can be very frustrating -- my choices were either too weak (and got rejected) or too complicated to remember easily without needing to note it down somewhere. To solve this problem, I would typically come up with one password every year and use it across all tools I use. And this was very risky, because once someone found it out, they could access every single thing I used. With Lastpass' robust password generator, I no longer have to worry about that. I am able to generate unique and strong passwords for each service and safely tuck it away without needing to keep it in memory. Cons I wonder if there could be a system where we could create baskets of associated passwords within the general vault. This would be useful in situations where I needed someone to do some work on some work tools that required password access. I could then give them access to the general vault and the specific basket with the tools they would be using. Pros It is a complete solution to manage your enterprise passwords. Users can use shared folders. The best feature for us is currently ADFS integration, meaning no password is needed anymore. Life without it would be very difficult. The price has increased every year, but I have not considered getting rid of it because of the inherent usefulness. Pros Generally, this gives instant (autofill) access to all the passwords you have stored for each site. When autofill fails it is fairly simple to enter LastPass and copy and paste. This has prevented me from constantly having to reset passwords I cannot remember or cannot remember the individual rules for each site (like no special characters, etc.) Specifically, by having this password storage option, I can use individual secure passwords for different sites without reusing the same passwords over and over. Cons The biggest issue with LastPass is the reliability on non-Chrome based browsers. On mobile platform, I prefer Mozilla, but LastPass only works sometimes in Mozilla Mobile. Usually, I end up having to switch to Chrome to use LastPass on many sites, at least reliably. I also use Opera and Last Pass doesn't work at all with Opera. On the desktop, Chrome is very reliable, and Edge is pretty reliably in terms of working with LastPass. I do not use Mozilla or Opera on desktop anymore, but the lack of compatibility with Last Pass is part of the issue. I feel unnecessarily tied to a Chrome based browser to be able to use Last Pass.
