Cons After research I found that I would rest easiest if I chose a password of enormous \[character\] length, and comprised of actual words which mushed together would to no one mean anything at all! Also, I understood it ought not be an identifiably ME-style password. Has given me the ability to be safe and secure with my system access and has made for a much-improved security. Pros The ability to securely store access details for all of the systems that I use on a daily basis. Multi-factor authentication for my account means it is secure and I can have a different password for each site/ system I use. It makes smart recommendations on improving your security, allows for folder management and simple organization, and syncs across every platform you can think of. You can easily pull your passwords from Chrome or Firefox and start being smart about online security. Cons Lastpass and Chrome do not play very nice together; would be helpful if Lastpass saved addressed and autofilled those fields similar to Chrome (may do this already, not sure). Some smarter form of auto-organization would be useful, as I often end up with "uncategorized" passwords. Reusing passwords and having guessable passwords is ruining peoples lives. We have instituted LastPass for over 2 years now and have used its secure password generator, 2FA, and password storage every day. This is the best way to maintain so many resource passwords in one place and maintain security. Cons Not much to complain about here. This works as well as we expected it to. You need to install an addon to make it compatible with the browser. You can enable two factor authentication if you want. You can set one master password and can manage all passwords using that master password. You can share password with different people if you want as per your requirement and they can login without typing in the password. It remembers the password against URL so if you have more than one user of any app, you can chose the one you want and it will fill in the password for that user itself. LastPass has an extension for your browser and it is also an app you can download on your phone. You can safely store all of your passwords and other personal data. You can easily generate new passwords and store them in the tool. I use this tool and love it.  Pros LastPass makes my life easier. You can generate secure passwords. I love the auto-complete logins and the security tests. The mobile app give me access all of my passwords on my phone. Cons Unfortunately I couldn't set up fingerprint login on my Macbook. Now I have to use a multifactor authentication even so i love this tool. The plugin is especially helpful. Shared folders is important for our team, so that was a necessary component. Overall a good product. Cons We have a Teams account and adding licenses is no problem, however reducing licenses is much too difficult. Thankfully the support team has been responsive, but you shouldn't have to create a support ticket to reduce your license count before renewal. I like the option for the website to create random passwords as well for sites. Pros This was easy to use and set up on my home computer and cell phone. Pros I have a ton of passwords and keeping track of all of those is a pain; Lastpass makes it so much easier to remember one main password to access and manage any of my accounts. Just install the Chrome plugin or the app, and start adding accounts you want remembered. Cons I have not had any issues with Lastpass so far. I use it regularly and other than having to deal with 2 Factor Authentication which can be an extra step, I would rather have the security that comes with that option. Review Source SR Sam R.
