### "Lastpass should be everyone's password keeper"

October 23, 2018

5.0

Lastpass Enterprise is an excellent team tool for accessing forms or passwords without having to expose the passwords. Any team, agency can benefit from having all teammates on Lastpass, and sharing access to a folder of passwords or a single password in itself. This helped us efficiently manage our clients' passwords without having to be bold and directly asking for it. We share passwords internally and externally from our team, and the service works flawlessly every time.

Pros

Lastpass is an excellent and indispensable tool for my team and myself in storing and sharing passwords. Lastpass stores an unlimited number of passwords for a user on websites and form fills, including passwords as well as credit card information for easy form filling. The number one feature of Lastpass that makes it a no brainer to install is the ability to share the password with a friend, colleague or family member without having to expose the password. This feature stands out as Lastpass' gem, and I use this frequently in sharing a passwords from everything to Google Drive and Netflix. I never have t worry about exposing passwords, and any time I want to end the share, I can cancel the sharing to the user. This makes it easy to share passwords for one time use.

Cons

There's nothing to dislike with Lastpass. Its UX/UI is friendly, easy to navigate and storing passwords are a breeze in Google Chrome.

### "The best password keeper! "

March 22, 2022

5.0

It is very easy and straight forward to use. I have the google extension, so when I set up new accounts it asks if I would like to save that information so I don't have to remember an extra step. I store my personal and business information in this app and have never had an issue. It is easy to personalize and organize to your liking.

Pros

I love LastPass! The autofill option is amazing when you have to log into a lot of different programs/apps. It keeps all of your important information safe and secure. You can also store credit card info, bank info, addresses, etc. If you have a business where you need to keep client details this is an amazing option!

Cons

I don't think this program needs any improvement. I have been very happy using LastPass for over two years now!

### "Managing password and keeping security high. Use LastPass"

June 23, 2022

4.0

It has been said that our generation's reliance on computers and the internet has ushered in a new era of criminal activity. I've been reluctant of completing online purchases because I'm scared they don't have the precautions I'm used to when doing it the old-fashioned way. But, thanks to LastPass, I'm no longer frightened to have an online existence. It's simple to use and sends virtually quick notifications when my email or bank account is opened on any device other than my cellphone or laptop. It makes me feel safe and unafraid. I've informed my family and friends.

### "LastPass is an essential business tool"

March 14, 2022

5.0

We are a business of 25+ employees. I have 50+ accounts that i am in and out of for purchasing/ order tracking. I was having to change my passwords every 3 months and not use a previously used password. I used to have a notebook i kept passwords in. I love how I can have unique secure passwords stored in a secure vault, and not have to remember all of them. LastPass makes this so easy. I can rest assured my passwords are safe and secure.

Pros

I love the simplicity of LastPass. We use it exclusively in the business I work in. We have 25 plus employees. Passwords are constantly changing. I feel peace of mind knowing i have secure passwords, that are locked away in a vault, not in a notepad in my desk drawer.

Cons

I find LastPass very easy to use. I would love to see a fingerprint or facial recognition feature in the future.

### "Excellent password manager"

March 28, 2022

5.0

Lastpass is great for storing and managing passwords. Create new passwords that are strong and unique. I have had the bad experience that my data has been leaked because out of bad habit I used the same password in different accounts, I solve all this with Lastpass since it automatically creates a secure password for each account. In this way I am protected from possible data leaks or account theft. With this app I only have to learn one master password to manage all my accounts.

Pros

I like Lastpass, because I can have all my passwords for my personal accounts and enter only with my master password to my vault where all my accounts are stored, Lastpass offers many options in its free version that other password managers do not offer, such as the amount Unlimited passwords you can have. Lastpass is not only for saving passwords, but it offers a long list of different information that can be saved such as. Wi-Fi passwords, notes, credit cards, bank accounts, social security numbers, etc.

Cons

It works good on PC and Mas, but on mobile devices in some apps it doesn’t recognize the login and I have to copy and paste manually, it is the only point that should be improved.

### "LastPass Enterprise is a lifesaver for passwords"

January 14, 2019

5.0

Pros

In this day of age you really need to have separate passwords for almost everything you do. I would imagine less than 5% of the population does this though. Think about it, how easy would it be to hack a small website that you entered your information on and then have your password for everything. Lastpass solves this by being able have a unique password for every site you use. It integrates very well with the app and across all platforms. I have it on all of my devices and feel very safe because all of my websites have a different password. If you have a hard time thinking of unique passwords then lastpass will generate a unique password when you are filing in your credentials. Make sure that your last pass password is protected by a very secure password that you do not have on any other devices. Lastpass is also very simple to use with a prompt each time you need to sign into something asking if you want to enter your username and password. After you fill in any form that has a password it will have a friendly pop-up that asks if you want to save the password and name for this site.

Cons

The one complain I have is on mobile it seems not to integrate as easy. When you are using apps it constantly keeps popping up asking to fill in your information. It can get a little annoying if you do not want to use it. It seems to work a lot better on the browser version. The only other con is sometimes it pops up on sites that you have never saved your information with last pass. It will give you non related credentials to enter on a site you are trying to login.

### "One of the best password manager available out there"

June 8, 2021

3.0

Overall experience is okay. Pricing can be made better. I am only able to use half the features as password filling does not work well on Android phones. I will continue to use LastPass despite the cons as this is still best among the ones available.

Pros

Easy to use, login, to add/generate password. I have been highly dependent on this now for any login. Passwords in the past were easy to guess, short and used across multiple websites because I had to remember them. There is no need to do this anymore which means I can generate complex passwords which are strong and not use the same password in multiple places. Family option has been good for us to share an account. Option to remember card details also helps greatly as I do not have to take out my card when I have to add a new one somewhere, same applies to bank account details and the option to save secure notes.

Cons

\- Does not work reliably on Android phone. Password fill option takes time to show up and sometime it just does not. It does not fill password many times. Filling card details has never worked well for me. So I always end up copy pasting the details. It works great on iOS devices. - Cannot use same multifactor authentication on multiple devices - Forcing users to move from free to paid version by allowing only one device under free version was sad. Price is slightly on the higher side.

### "LastPass takes the headache out of password management"

March 4, 2024

5.0

Pros

The autofill and auto save passwords is very convenient. Users are prompted to save passwords when they sign in to a new webpage/account. This helps avoid issues of users forgetting to add a password once the account is created.

Cons

Each time a user tries to sign in on a device, it sends an email to confirm. I don't have an issue with that security feature, but it is annoying that when the user tries to sign in it doesn't say that it sent the email to confirm, it says something like "there was an error logging in". I have had multiple users call me trying to figure out why it isn't working.

Reason for choosing LastPass

Secure password sharing was a very high priority for us and LastPass had the best options for that.

### "Best way to manage login info"

July 8, 2022

5.0

I once had a list of passwords saved in .txt file (I know it's stupid) and my computer was hacked when I downloaded a dubious file. Luckily most of the passwords were outdated, but the hackers did manage to empty my Bitcoin wallet (it was only like 50 bucks). I discovered LastPass later and it is nothing short of a Godsend. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a database of logins.

Pros

The program is very user-friendly and boasts a ton of features that facilitate faster login. If you have a ton of usernames and passwords to remember (as most people do) then this is definitely the best way to keep track of them.

Cons

Any system of keeping passwords all in one place is going to be susceptible to some kind of security threat, and this is no different. However, this problem is negligible in this case, as LastPass is very secure by comparison.

### "LastPass Review"

October 1, 2021

5.0

We use LastPass credentials manager a lot on daily basis already for many years. We recommend it for our customers as well.

Pros

LastPass is the most advanced credentials management software I ever used before. It has many different options to remember your credentials for various of webservices. Also I like the MFA code generation feature which helps me to quickly log in to MFA-protected web resources. Our team use LastPass to store all our company secrets. LastPass checks and warns us if any of stored password was leaked to public access and offers to change it immediately.

Cons

There are still some features we miss. Would be great to have integrated password management available for some non-web applications like TeamViewer, Microsoft RDP client, etc. Previously there was a LastPass Windows client available which partially provided that feature but later it was deprecated. Also I can complain on slow web GUI interface of LastPass Vault page. Searching for store credentials may lag and sometimes hangs.

Reason for choosing LastPass

Reliable and easy to use. Can be integrated (by using extensions, addons) into many popular browsers.

### "First-Class Password Management"

January 27, 2022

LastPass was my choice for password management because it was easy to install and use. The free version is more than good enough for most people, and it's inexpensive to get the paid version and access your passwords across devices.

Pros

LastPass is easy to use, and auto-fill of forms and payment fields is most welcome.

Cons

The browser add-on can be a little unpredictable.

### "Great password manager"

August 30, 2023

4.0

Using LastPass feels great! The interface is extremely intuitive and it just works.

Pros

Using LastPass feels extremely easy. While the user interface is very simple, you can do pretty much everything you would expect from a password manager, and you really feel like you are home when using it, as everything is extremely intuitive.I've tested other password managers in the past, and I can say that by far LastPass is the most reliable one when it comes to being able to get it to work in your browser for autofills, which is great as this is probably the most common use case.

Cons

The interface could look and feel a bit more modern.Recently there was a data breach, which they managed very well, but still, it feels like this is not the type of thing you'd like to see happening with your password manager.

### "LastPass premium plan is good for midscale industries to secure the logins accross devices , browser"

September 26, 2021

5.0

I am using LastPass daily for syncing lots and lots of passwords that I use daily to login securely. Its been quite handy tool for me which not only saves my time but also protect from envious activities. The premium and family plans are really worth purchasing

Pros

Premium features like multi device password sync , dark web monitoring. Lastpass offers the feature of audit-trails which is most important for security. Supports MFA, SSO authentications. Provides features for encryption of stored passwords and shared files. Autofill works quite faster and efficiently , specially for applications. UI is user friendly and easy to use and quite inexpensive password manager.

Cons

The recent decision of product company limited the free tier usage benefits such as multi device password sync, Desktop UI is not supported. Browser extension sometimes doesn't work in firefox. Not reliable for large enterprises due to history of data breach in 2015

### "Recent requirements that you upgrade to Premium have made me move on"

September 9, 2021

4.0

LastPass was great when I used it, but when they required Premium for most of the useful features, I switched to Bitwarden and haven't turned back. If you can or want to pay for LastPass, it's a beautiful solution, but even the basics aren't available for free anymore.

Pros

LastPass handles password management (and integrates 2FA) very well. It can sync (unlike Google Authenticator), and the security check was a really great feature that I used to upgrade hundreds of passwords.

Cons

The useful features (e.g. multi-device support) were put behind a paywall recently, and without a subscription, you can only use LastPass on one device. Who only uses passwords on one device? Their desktop app also feels pretty outdated and not super secure. I also didn't like being bombarded about upgrading all the time (before the requirement).

### "So much time saved!"

March 18, 2021

4.0

In spite of the little hiccups, it's being a time saver for me personally and professionally. It's fast, reliable, and safe. Haven't heard of any data leak that has affected my data yet. The password search function is a great feature and the security challenge has helped me and the team be more aware and safer online.

Pros

What I like the most about the software is how robust it is. It's a powerful password manager and I feel my credentials are safe. Also, I like how easy it is to share passwords between teammates. We use a lot of different software and services online that jump between teams and projects, so being able to quickly share credentials is awesome. Finally, I love that you can log in with your fingerprint while using the mobile app.

Cons

The android app is kind of frustrating to use on both phones and tablets: sometimes the popup window to fill in the password doesn't even appear when needed and when it does it's either covered by the Chrome own password popup or jumping around. Also, both on PC and phones it logs me out more often than what's necessary, doesn't matter how many times I tell it I'm using my personal device. And finally, the user interface looks and feels kind of old.

Reason for choosing LastPass

When we started using it for our business, there weren't other alternatives as good as LastPass. So it was the best option. We've been using it for a while now and it's become an integral part of our workflow.

### "Password worries gone forever"

October 13, 2020

5.0

It's been helpful for me and my business. I consider it as a life saver most of the time. Specially if I couldn't locate some of the credentials for old websites. Lastpass has it saved and I always turn towards to it whenever I am stranded with lost credentials.

Pros

As a web consultant, I need to utilize different types of web browsers - specially Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge Chromium and also Mozilla Firefox. Regardless of the browsers I use, LastPass has got the browser extension that saves your day. In addition to the web interface, the browser extension has an intuitive interface that enables the user to seamlessly login to the website using his/her saved credentials. LastPass also offers a method that allows its users to import all of their credentials saved on a variety of password management systems. This infact saves the time and makes the internet browsing experience a breeze. The vault section contains all the password listed, that can be sorted accordingly. Lastpass also has a method that enables a user to securely share a login credential with other person(s).

Cons

If a single executable file can be implemented that can be installed to a computer, it would be more easier to work offline, if required. Other than that, there aren't any drawbacks.

### "A must-have account for any business with multiples systems to juggle"

August 2, 2019

5.0

Our experience has been phenomenal. For someone who has to maintain many usernames and passwords, LastPass has been invaluable.

Pros

LastPass for Business is a must-have for any business that uses multiple websites with logins. This has revolutionized my life, both personally and professionally. Where do I begin? Well, for starters, I have this on my phone and each of my computers. Log into LastPass and your usernames and passwords will auto-populate when you get to a particular site. Amazing. When signing up for something new, it will generate a secure password (of varying complexity) if you'd like and then prompt you to save it to your account. When you log into your account, you can separate where you'd like your usernames/passwords to live. Based on that, you can share these usernames/passwords with your team. For instance, if my team and I use the same login for a particular service, I can share the login info with them via the share settings. This is hugely beneficial if I'm the administrator of that account and need to safely share info with my team.

Cons

I have no complaints about LastPass, as of yet. If I had to be picky, I'd say that it logs out randomly, which causes issues at times. This may be a timeout issue that I can fix, but it only happens once every week or so. Not a huge deal. In fact, the more I think about it, this may just be a safety precaution.

### "LastPass is a great online based password manager tool...."

March 26, 2018

4.0

Pros

LastPass is a great password manager that works much better than most password managers. One of its best features is the ability to share passwords with other users without revealing what those passwords are. It also integrates nicely with Chrome (which I use daily), and makes adding new passwords easy. The best part is everything is saved to the cloud so there is no weird connecting of cloud storage to set up. Its simply remember your password, install an extension or app and you are good to go. Whether used for personal or business use, the list of features LastPass offers makes it easy for me to recommend to anyone getting started with password managers. And oh did I mention its free?

Cons

Now not everything is rosy about it. One of the biggest gripes I have is that, it sometimes freezes up my browser when saving a new login or password and it can save the same login info several times, which makes it hard when trying to login into a site. I also find it a bit annoying that sometimes when I try to generate a password, it doesn't save the information based on the site that I am on. The mobile app is also lacking on the android side, despite the ability to draw over other apps, it always needs fresh permissions whenever I reboot my phone. Hopefully these things can be fixed with time but its remains one of the best options out there.

### "Absolutely essential"

December 19, 2023

5.0

Pros

I have hundreds of passwords for sites that I need to keep track of, which would literally be impossible if not for something like LastPass. Not only does it keep track of all of my passwords in a secure place, but it suggests strong passwords for me as additional security measures. I also use it to store credit card numbers that I need when I'm online and love that it's an extension on Chrome as well as a site that I can access from my computer or the app on my phone.

Cons

The security is stellar, but it makes me nervous that the company can't even restore my master vault password if I were to forget it.

### "The best password management application"

January 10, 2023

Pros

Every day we have access to new websites, stores, applications and keeping this data safe is very important. LastPass makes password management simple and secure by creating unique and secure passwords for each new sign-up. I use it both on the iPhone and on the PC with Chrome and this integration between different devices makes day-to-day work easier, saving time.

Cons

It is very important that you do not lose recovery data. Due to the security provided by LastPass, it is very difficult to recover your vault without this information.

### "Used to be free but it's worth the subscription"

July 8, 2022

5.0

It's not that often that I can say an app/service noticeably improves my quality of life, but this one does.

Pros

I love that it's not keeping track of only passwords, but all the other info that goes along with it. Love to keep notes on security questions, etc... I manage finances for my mother-in-law and my wife manages her disabled sister's finances, so it's fantastic having all that stuff in one place and accessible from anywhere. I also manage all the IT stuff for our small business so I'd be lost without having it all in one place.

Cons

Obviously free was better than paying, but I don't mind paying for a good service. Sometimes the autofill competes with built in autofill on Chrome, each one trying to autofill and make pull down menus.
