The app comes very handy when on the go from my phone. We used a prior password saving tool and was disappointed. We switched to Last Pass and don't regret it. In fact, I wish we had this sooner. I found the software very easy to use and into it. Pros Lastpass is easy to use and once it is deployed the user does not have to worry about remembering passwords anymore Cons There is always the danger that the user will forget their are master password and that would render the software more than useless. I like its design of having one master password to get into the app and change settings or hold documents. I even use the secure notes feature to store additional passwords without having them automatically come up on my phone when signing in. Cons At times, the Lastpass mobile app can have hiccups. A couple times I've typed a new password into the secure notes, hit save, closed the note and it wouldn't save. Easy to use, and eliminates hassle. Pros I love that LastPass allows a team of people to share credentials. As a company, we sometimes use only one login to sites/platforms instead of individually having our own. LastPass allows us to share those credentials without having to ask each other. Cons The only thing I don't like is that it tries to save my password on sites I use personally, like my bank or my personal email. LastPass allowed us to share with multiple people and gave us a lot of freedom to focus our energy else where Pros If you need a simple way to manage the passwords at your church, this is the way to go. It is a great tool and has multiple options to share the passwords a d can even share the credentials without the receiver knowing the passwords. Great feature Cons I really wish there was a way to request passwords from other users. Pros If it worked, it would be great. I have not gotten it to work and I have been invited by my administrators multiple times. I need a master password, which it assures me I have, though I have never established one. It is a vicious cycle, and I have attempted MULTIPLE times to set this up. Do not like this at all.
