Pros

Technical Support is awesome and always willing to help those that are not computer friendly. Billing and inventory is so much easier.

Cons

Would like to see a monthly draft system initiated.. It is difficult to get help after hours and on weekends especially sundays...

When I call any person can help with my issues. I normally do not have to speak to several people and get called back.

Cons

Not being able to do what I need on the new screens. Having to go back to old ones. Just hard to lean the new screens if we can't fully use them

Pros

We switched to ForeUP for our golf course at the beginning of this season, and couldn't be happier! The system is functional and comprehensive, yet also very intuitive and user-friendly. I highly recommend ForeUP to any golf course!

Cons

Any small issues we have come across have been quickly resolved by the tech support team, the response time and follow-up is extremely impressive!

I have been very pleased from the onset of inquiring about the product, the sale, the training, the product itself and the support when we forgot what they told us in training.

Pros

Foreup was an answer to an old outdated system we had at our facility. I had shopped around and found Foreup to be both less expensive and afforded us more information than the previous system.

Cons

Only having it for less than six months I can't honestly say that I have found any negatives at this point. I'm still the kid with a new toy at Christmas and I'm really not sure that I will find a con.

Pros

the online tee sheet. The email markinting tool that captures the emails at tee time setup

Cons

The system doesn't allow you to set the tee times for a particular day or hours. For instance we want to set the tee sheet up so that Sat-Sun before noon it is only 18 holes, but the online system doesn't allow that. People book online for 9 holes and become very frustrated when they arrive and are told something else.

Pros

The software is realtively easy to use, easy to change and somewhat fast in it's applications. The ability to access and manipulate the software from any location is a huge plus.

Cons

It is difficult to set up and manage, especially when the support group gives different responses to questions posed. The software does not always work as described and software glitches are common (i.e. cost + % for groups does not affect price). Permissions do not work properly and require access to nearly everything for an individual to function. Changes are not monitored and inventory can be deleted at will and without tracking. Functions that work well (old inventory) are being deleted for new software with less functionality.

My experience with foreUp has been that this company gets it. They understand the golf industry and continue to find new ways to make the software to match the business. They have made a great tool for golf course operators to run their business effectively and proficiently. I would recommend this product to all my golf professionals! I have seen quite a few different software programs and foreUp is on top of the list.

Pros

It is very easy to understand and navigate to where you want to be

Cons

I honestly dont have much i dont like about it. If I had to pick one thing, it would be that I may run into an issue when my wifi goes down. I understand the solution of having a hotspot, but that is extra expense and can be a bother.

Pros

Absolutely love the different pricing structure, easy to look at the daily Tee Sheet and see where the rounds are coming from, and LOVE the back 9 view at a glance! The copy/paste ability is fantastic for our groups that move times and have several tee times in one weekend.

Cons

I wish when we adjust/change the number of golfers in a group that it would adjust the # of tee times held. Making new groups/pricing wasn't as easy as I remember but I could just need a refresher of the training as well.

ForeUp is very user-friendly. It only takes a few seconds to load any report needed, can very easily book tee times, process transactions, and navigate the software. Customer service responds instantly to any request.

Cons

Nothing. Everything about the software is great and have had no issues whatsoever.

Cloud based reports is the biggest factor for me.

Pros

Love the cloud-based aspect so I can access reports or book tee times from anywhere. This also allows cart-girls on the course to have live access to customer tabs or tee sheet changes. It has made our company more efficient and more profitable. Booking times and checking in golfers is a breeze. Less steps than our prior software and employees are happy about that.

Cons

There have been a few limitation of the software in terms of account reports but we found some options to get the information we need. We are also working with Fore up on logistics of third party bookings since that is not currently available with the software. They are in the works of programming the necessary tools to make that available. We appreciate their help in getting the perfect product for our facilities

Support system is really good.

Pros

I like the way you can tab/save sales and inventory. Training was good and support is always helpful.

Cons

I would like to see the retail side and the restaurant side more similar. Staff has to learn two different programs if they work both sides and it can be confusing in the beginning.

Pros

It's very easy to use for staff and saves time for data input into Quickbooks. Makes monthly billing a much smoother process.

Amazing software. After using this I couldn't imagine using anything else.

Pros

This software comes in handy for managing regularly watering the course, aerifying the greens, managing tee times, and managing sales. This is an all in one solution I would recommend to most smaller golf courses.

Cons

If I could put out one recommendation it would be to integrate my food and beverage sale as well. As of now the system can't take care of that.

We love that it is cloud based. It makes it easy to block times and relatively easy to teach the staff.

Cons

There are a few glitches from our standpoint. Sometimes when viewing the sheet it almost seems like a double sheet the way the lines are arranged.
