Ease of use...

Pros

Very easy to navigate, easy to learn and free of unnecessary complication. Installation or lack there of was very nice.

Cons

On the back end, some of the green fee rates and golf course specifics are a bit confusing. Understanding the back end takes some time and the support team doesn't have the information when they aren't on sight.

Foreup has been very responsive to our needs. They have gone out of their way to get us up and running and facing the challenges of having a new reservation system.

Pros

The software is easy to use for most users. Staff and most users have had no diffiuclties. it has also allowed us for users to make online reservations making it easier to secure a time.

Cons

Non Tech Savy Golfers may have some issues the software and may need additional training.

This team really gets it! They understand our operations and perhaps MOST importantly are there to listen and adapt. Unlike other POS/software providers, they respond and will immediately take a suggestion under consideration and you may just see the change in your cloud based updates that are happening whey you are at home sleeping! Finally, customer service, support. They are the best!

Pros

Ease of use. Designed with the true understanding of Golf Operations. Not a fly by night company that's "jumping" into the arena like many others. Cloud based. Staff learns Fast! Back of the house tools. Integration with most everything you can imagine.

Cons

Nothing bad to say. In fact there are many exciting additions on the horizon!

Ease of use, I can work through a large number of customers in a short amount of time. Plus I can set rates on the fly during a slow day.

I have no major cons for this product as we have not had it long enough to make any con determinations.
