"Why do we now have to pay a fee"

**Overall:** Good until 2.weeks.ago. now, very poor

**Pros:** Up until recently the app was free. Now they want to charge usNo one will answer the phone when I call...Numerous time over a 1 week period

**Cons:** Everything now. I can not make a tee time without being charged a fee, and I work at the course!

"The 3 separate systems do not communicate well with each other. "

**Overall:** Onboarding is taking months, not hours. For 6-8 weeks we did not have the ability to take card payments.

**Pros:** receiving inventory is fairly simple, though I'm not sure accountability is there on the back end.

**Cons:** Many things are not user friendly, and do not have a feel that the designer ever worked in a golf shop.

**Reasons for Choosing Lightspeed Golf:** It was done before I was hired.
