My overall experience has close to none. Chronogolf has exceeded my expectations.

Pros

After switching to Chronogolf we couldn’t be happier. We had a few other golf management systems over the years that had their pros and cons but none compare to the modern, easy to use platform that Chronogolf has developed. Our staff love the system and we appreciate their ongoing effort to expand and improve their services. Chronogolf also has one of the best support systems I have ever used, with very quick response times to any questions we may have. I highly recommend making the switch to Chronogolf, you won’t regret it!

Cons

None! I love everything Chronogolf has to offer.

Pros

It does have many good features, but what software doesn't?

Cons

Many logical processes are not included. It is not very user friendly, and it behaves like 3 separate companies merged into one, that don't communicate very well.

Pros

We have been using Chronogolf for the past few seasons and we are very pleased with the ease of use for this tee sheet. When we have new staff the training process is very easy and staff is quickly able to use the system. The system allows for easy interaction and quick response with Chronogolf support staff via an online chat window in the case of an issue or any question we may have.

Cons

Some things I would like to have added in Lightspeed Retail.

Very happy we made the switch to Chronogolf.

Pros

Chronogolf is consistently pushing out new updates that always improve the product. It is a web-based software allowing management of our tee-sheet and POS from anywhere with an internet connection. That freedom allows me to keep tabs on our operations where ever I may be. But possibly the best feature is their customer service. A built-in chat feature allows any of our shop staff to reach out for help directly to Chronogolf's tech support team and receive an answer within minutes.

Cons

Absolutely 0 cons to mention here. Chronogolf is the best!

Pros

We are very pleased with the Chronogolf program. Our members like the program as they can book their tee times themselves, which in return frees time for us over at the pro shop. There are many reports available in the POS for me to give to the administration board of directors. The more you use the program, the more you learn what is does because there is so many great functions available. As well, the support team is awesome with always fast answers.

Cons

Like anything, there are a few things I would like changed but nothing major. I am confident in the Chronogolf team as they are listening to my feature requests.

Pros

Chronogolf makes me better at running golf operations. I can sign in from anywhere in the world and check on the tee sheet. Chronogolf has the ability and more importantly, the vision to create new features and continue to better serve our facility. If you’re not using Chronogolf, then your losing strokes to the field.

Cons

I would like to see more reporting in the lottery format but other than that everything is working great.

Pros

We have been using Chronogolf this year and we are very satisfied, it is very functional and user-friendly. It has helped us to reduce a lot of administration work, it makes it easy for members and guests to reserve tee times. The statistics we get from Chronogolf on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis helps us with our short, mid and long term strategies.

Cons

I wish Stripe can be available in Hungary but as of now, it is not.

Up until recently the app was free. Now they want to charge usNo one will answer the phone when I call...Numerous time over a 1 week period

Cons

Everything now. I can not make a tee time without being charged a fee, and I work at the course!

I’m very excited to be with Chronogolf as part of the Ambassador Program.

Pros

I appreciate all the knowledge and help so that our facility can continue to utilize the program to its fullest potential. Chronogolf is such a great product for us at our facilities. They allow us to track data much more simply than the technology we had before. With Chronogolf we get a system that is always evolving with our needs and the input from Golf Clubs across the Nation to stay up with trends and functions to make our lives as Golf Professionals easier. Overall a GREAT Product!

Cons

Off the top of my head, there is none I can think of.

The guys at Chronogolf helped us create a customized application for our members and guests which enables them to book tee-times, consult their house accounts and track their rounds. Cloud-based golf software solutions are extremely important for engaging your customer base and Chronogolf is certainly ahead of the curve! Having their support also gives us peace of mind that we’ll be able to meet the technological needs of our customers moving forward.

Cons

As always, whenever we run into an issue or a question, Chronogolf's support team is always there to help us with their quick Support Chat.

Very helpful, quick, and responsive customer service reps either through messaging chat or phone.

Cons

Confusing for customers how "proshop account" and "food account" displays credits and balances as a cumulative total. During internet interruptions nothing works. Is there a router that can be purchased to allow Chronogolf to work while internet is offline? Similar to what Lightspeed restaurant offers

They have a good team of developers and customer service representatives who are able to assist where needed.

Pros

This system is very user friendly. The team at Chronogolf is very knowledgeable and helpful with the onboarding process. The system has many different options for being interactive with our guests. Our guests enjoy the ease of the booking and check-in process. It is fast and seamless. I would recommend this system to any green grass facility.

Cons

Lightspeed payments takes out their fees on a daily basis. Our company prefers a monthly charge for their fees.

Pros

I have been using Chronogolf for a few years and I can honestly say it's the best software available. It's simple to use and the design is clear. One of the best features for our golf course is the Tournament option. No other software can compete with how easy Chronogolf manages tournaments. Employees at the proshop have no trouble following the process step by step and if they need assistance, the support chat is extremely useful and the agents are very knowledgeable.

Cons

A downside would be that the internet at the proshop is slow at times, which makes the use of the software more difficult on a busy day.

Pros

I like the ease of setting up tee sheets and checking in customers. We like the email confirmation feature

Cons

The only think I would add is different colours for 18 hole tee times, Twilight tee times and 9 hole tee times. Not sure if that could be added

Pros

The Chronogolf team is incredible, and the system is fantastic. We knew when we took over, we wanted a state of the art system, with excellent communication and marketing features. We also love how easy it is for the staff, training takes less time than ever and all our employees are impressed with how simple the system is to learn! Chronogolf has exceeded our expectations. We are very excited to grow with them!

Cons

There was a problem with moving tee times but the Chronogolf team was quick to fix it.

Chronogolf is an innovative piece of technology which I really enjoy working with. There are some small features that really make a difference like ‘Member Identification Required’. I see a bright future for Chronogolf as they are always catering to the customer’s needs. When I give suggestions to them they listen to me attentively which is rare to find in most companies.

Cons

I really like the way the software is displayed but the only thing I can suggest is a different colour for 'Today's date'. I don't have anything else to say.

Pros

I am always amazed at how responsive and uniquely tailored the system is for my golf facility. They always seem to be one step ahead of me.

Cons

I had an issue with shotgun tournaments, but the support team quickly answered my question on the chat and fixed the problem right away!

Very easy to search for what you need. Customers are defined and easy to track information. Tee sheet set up is easy. Best thing is speed in which things can be done. Customer support is very friendly and easy to deal with.

Cons

Very Few Cons. Only con for right now is player credit and credit limit is not shown differently.

The team at Chronogolf are fantastic to work with! We have engaged in website development, the business intelligence reports are extremely insightful. The team at Chrono are knowledgeable, accommodating and very creative. Looking forward to another great season!

Cons

It's not really a con, more of an additional feature- The Business Intelligence Report could have some more descriptions in terms of what reports provide what information and how it stores the data.

Gowan brae is very happy with the quality of Chronogolf and the POS system. The cloud based system with online chat support offers great customer service for our staff along with the fact that the system is constantly being updated as they are adding new features. It’s great to deal with a company that follow through on promises to add new options in a timely manner.

Cons

Every time I have an issue, the Chronogolf team is quick to resolve them. They are also showing me ways of optimizing the system.

Chronogolf is the complete system for any golf course. Myself, and our staff enjoy the user friendly format and it is great for our members and guests. Chronogolf not only makes our club efficient, it also has helped grow our number of members. The live customer service chat line is like no other and they are always there to help regardless of time of day. If you’re not using Chronogolf, you’re wasting your time and money.

Reports. Is has some good reports, but is not that easy to look for something as fast as it is to use the software. Besides exporting to excel is not available
