Pros

Étant dans le domaine de TIC, un logiciel de réparation de l’ordinateur et de suivi de service informatique est indispensable pour moi. Alors depuis que j’ai choisi PC Repair Tracker, je suis à l’aise et je n’ai pas de soucis jusqu’à présent

No problem with the software at all. The only downside to it is the latest update (V9) that won't function properly on the invoices section where it will not show the correct past due invoices and other issues. Didn't get any interest from developer to help or even request an amount to work on it. Restoring to version 8 works fine but we already paid for the V9 that cannot be used. So, don't expect much from support. Due to the amount of work they have, they have strict rules about how and when to provide any support. This is not good for business. They are afraid of working with webmin instead of cpanel and if you have your own webserver they don't provide support. At this point we'll , sadly, have to start looking for another solution or develop our own, however PHP is not our development language.

Pros

The software was very well laid out and developed. Lots of work into getting it to where it is now. The most important thing is that it was developed by the people that use it, so it is for sure ready.

Cons

Like everything and the improvements have been regular.

In the beginning it was off to a great start like most companies that promotes their software. When i started to slow down my computer it was time to replace it with something better. I hope by now this issues has been fixed

Pros

What i liked most about this software was the download to track our records and back up all the important data. That was great from the beginning.

Cons

It started running slower and slower after the first week and a half. We a did a pc clean up wasn't much help but it kept up updated on the alerts when it was time for to do something but work properly.

Pros

For the money, I think the amount of features provided was sufficient. It is great to have a cloning and back up option to mix in with typical diagnostics.

Cons

The Graphical User Interface could use some work. It looks nice, but kind of trails behind more modern software. I'm not sure how much updating happens, but other than is it is problem-free.
