Pros: Coming from "the excel domain" Ardoq was a REAL step-up in quality to gain control of multiple IT-services and infrastructure components. Ardoq has helped us to have overview of projects, systems, tasks and persons connected to all. Ardoq staff is very quick on the support line - and very helpful to improve the product.

Cons: We have a long wish-list of new functions, but that's really no "con". :.) First implementation fase can be challenging (defining everything). Recommend first test periode to be "test-only" to learn the tools and metodes.
