Overall: Autom8 gives us loads of calling and marketing tools for a price that¿s much lower than its competitors. It is a VoIP provider as well as an auto dialer, so phone service is built into their pricing. Great software!!

Pros: software works on updated technology, provides effective API keys , easy to operate

Overall: Autom8 enables our CRM and applications to communicate with the dialer, and also sends our leads direct to the dialer. It provides effective API keys which allow our emails, SMS, Social Media interactions and phone calls to automatically speak to our dialer. This software works on updated technology. Great product!!!

Pros: No capital investment, hassle free installation, easy to connect with your contacts

Overall: My job involves a lot of traveling and hence I can't always carry a big machine with me to connect with my people. With autom8 I need not to worry as its purely cloud based product which only requires your login id and password to connect with your contacts. Now I only have to carry my phone and laptop and I'm done. Its a really cool software with zero effort and expenses involved. Thank you guys for making my travel a hassle free travel

Cons: I genuinely cant pick any flaws, if there are ever any weaknesses i feel it will be in the customer service as the software is 10/10

Overall: I've been using the Autom8 Dialer for 6 months now, and it has been the most stable solution i have used, surprisingly intuitive, performs flawlessly, friendly customer support that actually know what they are talking about for a change. And they don'd mind helping you understating the features of the software.

Pros: Very adaptable to the needs of our company. Always accepts our challenges and makes it work for us.

Overall: I wouldnt swap them for any other dialer company at this moment. We've had our ups and downs but where we were when I started at my company and where we are now, Autom8 has seen to our every need no matter what challenges we gave them to implement for us. Comments: Have used many diallers in the past but this is the easiest to use and my agents absolutely love it which always helps. It gives us better connect rates and a higher talk-time to compared to others we have used and gives us excellent reports. The support has been great, they are always at the end of the phone should we need anything at all and it is managed very well. I would recommend for any contact centre looking for a bit more from their dialler.
