Response times are generally reasonable and the software contains the features necessary to perform business function.

Pros

There are a number of lead quantification rules available to ensure the highest potential quality of lead without having to turn on additional third party integrations.

Cons

Some of the quantification processes are particularly strong and not granular, so using certain quantifiers can be more ridged than expected

Pros

I like that the data appears to be in real-time and that I'm able to access the sites we're buying from and actually view their lead gen site.

Cons

Some of the dashboards have incomplete data or don't provide the full performance picture with some critical metrics. I often have to view 2-4 reports to understand where we're pacing at and how ROI is going.

Overall experience has been top notch. Platform capabilities, customization, dynamic pricing based on quality, and most of all, customer service and support puts PX in a league of their own.

Pros

In a Marketing role focused solely on lead acquisition with goals around margin dollar and quality, having the flexibility to customize filters at a granular level to target relevant audience is critical to campaign success. Additional to the customized filters I'm able to also pass data into the platform allowing for automated optimizations and dynamically price leads based on quality to ensure I'm right priced for all leads driven into the funnel. This is a huge capability that allows for scale while maintaining goals and objectives.

Cons

n/a. In my role as non-heavy user, the platform serves my function above and beyond expectation.
