Very nice user interface. Makes data easy to understand. Dashboard feature is unique and very useful to quickly view and make customized widgets. Reports are generated as per the desired parameters and needs. Alarms are a very handy tool to prevent down time and save cost due to efficiency losses. CONS: Haven't seen any.
