We utilize all modules in the enterProj suite of tools (Program Management, Program Financial Modeling, Time Reporting, Engineering Resource Management, Project Appropriation Request, Problem Resolution (8D), Supplier Report Card (Manage supplier performance/Quality and Delivery ratings) and Process Management). It does not matter if you are the project leader, manufacturing engineering or purchasing analyst in any part of the world all the data from your projects are always in real time Pros The tool is very configurable for our specific needs in the Automotive & IT businesses. We use the enterProj at all the levels. We use enterProj to maintain Project Timing, execute VPDS and serve as the central repository for key project data. With enterProj, teams have the ability to globally communicate real time information related to Timing, Risks, Issues, Opportunities, Plant and Launch Readiness information, EI and component Parts, Facilities and Tooling, Suppliers, Document management, TGR/TGW - lessons learned, Program and Operational changes, VQF management, Customer Relationship Management, eFIN project financial management and all related activities associated with managing a Forward Model and Current Model project. enterProj is the Visteon comprehensive solution to manage complex project management requirements.
