We’ve been working with Sync at Stokehouse for about 12 years, and the overall experience has been excellent. The platform has grown with our business and continues to support our ecommerce, reporting, and operational needs. Their team is responsive, helpful, and easy to work with, and they are always open to improving the system as our needs change. Sync has been reliable, reasonably priced, and a real partner to our business.

Pros

Sync has been an amazing ERP partner for our business. I’ve worked with a fair amount of ERP systems over the years, and Sync stands out because of the team behind it. They understand our business, they’re easy to work with, and they’ve continued to evolve the software in ways that actually make our day to day workflow better. From integrations with our online platforms to reporting, order management, and streamlining internal processes, Sync has made my job easier and helped our business run more efficiently.

Cons

Like any ERP, there are always small things that come up as the business grows and systems change, but the Sync team has always been quick to respond, troubleshoot, and help get issues resolved. Their support has been one of the biggest reasons we’ve stayed with them for so long.

I've implemented multiple ERP's for different footwear/apparel companies during my career and Sync is the first system to exceed my expectations both in terms of simplicity/speed of implementation, functionality, ease of use and responsiveness when problems are encountered or new functionality is needed. Sync is the first ERP I have felt comfortable recommending to colleagues at other companies.

Pros

The functionality in Sync is extremely robust and it integrates seamlessly with our Shopify site, 3PL, EDI partners etc. The development and support team is head and shoulders above any other team I have worked with in the past.

Cons

I would like to see more flexibility on the reporting side of the platform. I understand that they are working on an updated reporting platform, so looking forward to seeing that.

I had paper invoices everywhere. When I tried to upload to Google drive or Dropbox there was always some sort of issue that complicated things a lot. Sync is so easy and has made us much more productive and efficient. It has helped us with our networking and client base tremendously as well. We're able to store and access information for the many other small businesses we collaborate with.

Pros

You really do "get your best work done". Sync makes it easy to look and feel professional too. In my opinion it's the best of this type of software. It really makes me feel secure and I trust that our privacy is valued. It's such a flawless system and so easy to organize and manage. It has all the features I like about others combined into one plus features that I didn't realize I needed (branded file sharing and messaging) Unlike dropbox or Google drive, sync has a messaging feature built in. There's no need to go back and forth. This saves so much time!

Cons

The price... and at first it took me a while to familiarize myself with how things work on sync. While it is a much better system it can be hard to adjust to it. I wish they offered more help with setup.

Implementing this software was one of the smoothest and most supportive processes I have been through with a software onboarding! As hiccups arose in the first weeks, they were handled with care, attention, and speed. The team at Sync really is focused a creating the best solution for your company, and not applying a blanket solution that is easiest for them!

Pros

iSync Solutions was our top pick when shopping for ERP software. We loved how the software was apparel-focused, but the integration team also expanded their expertise to our growing product line assortment. We also loved that they had a global team of software engineers and had a strong presence in South African since we also work in Africa and look forward to expanding the use of this software to that team!

Cons

As with any software training, the tutorial video was pretty painful to work through. They were out of date for the software, and many of the lessons required to cover did not apply to the way we use the software.

Our team is happy with this software and it has met and exceeded our needs. It is still a bit early for us, but we feel confident in it's performance thus far.

Pros

Customer service is superior! Any issues that have ever arised have been addressed and further education and support is always provided. The software itself is not difficult to use, and was easy to integrate into our existing systems

Cons

No real cons. The customer service is helpful and resourceful but can be a bit slow to respond. But when you can get in contact with someone you always get what you need and more

Pros

It is very fun and easy to use, meant for clothing, and footwear companies, something that I want to invest in when I create designs.

Cons

Wish it had pattern grading, or layout, but overall it has most of the design tools necessary for designing.

The team has always been extremely helpful and friendly. If we have an issue it is addressed and resolved immediately. The trainers and support team are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Pros

Sync has a fantastic support team, that assist clients in making the software work for each individual business, regardless of how big or small they may be.

Cons

The fact that we are a smaller business does make all the releases we have to do tricky at times, but in a larger company this is a necessity.
