REALTOR(R) Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Real estate focused solution with easy-to-use web interface in Top Producer X version" October 10, 2020 4.0 The sales and support interactions were all excellent, at every step of the way, from initial sales contact to following up to make sure I continue to be successful. Their sales and support people know their product roadmap and have input to product developments. This shows their product management is on point. Good product management is the key to having a system which will support their users continued success. Pros The contacts are easy to import and easy to set up in the Top Producer X web version. I enjoy seeing my email conversations within the contacts. It is a good addition to my normal work environment, using Win10 touchscreen laptop. I keep Top Producer X as one tab open in a Chrome web browser alongside social media and property information throughout my working day. The layout makes it easy to update information and next steps for multiple clients and contacts. Cons The web version doesn't have all the features of their legacy 8i product. They have an active development team working on porting features from an older system (which is still functional) into the newer system I started on, Top Producer X. Mobile version still needs updates to newer interface. Text messages sent from the TPX CRM are hard to view and act on responses on my mobile device. It's not perfect, but I have trust that they will incrementally provide updates that solve these issues and more. Out of all the companies I talked to when I searched for a CRM, Top Producer has the most real estate focused solution. They appear to be invested in supporting real estate activity as their primary market. Owner and Lead Realtor Real Estate Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Great Product - Even Better Company" December 27, 2021 5.0 This helps me as the lead track what our future flow of business will look like and a benefit we are soon to realize - onboarding NEW agents is made possible through the transaction and communication management system. Pros This product is really incredible - we didn't have to be tech experts to set it up because the onboarding team at Top Producer was so amazing - they helped us every step of the way to make sure we were optimizing our use and continue to communicate with the team - answering questions and helping as needed. As for TPX itself - we love the interactivity level it gives us with our clients and our transactions - we've built our very robust transaction templates and WE DON'T MISS ANYTHING in the transaction processing - we also intentionally build relationships with the people who matter most. Cons We want to be able to manage conversation tracking and transaction updates on the go from a phone - the web app is not great for that. Each member of our team invested in a large tablet with Data so we could use the CRM from a car as easily as from a desk. They have completely derailed our systems, lost our data and cost us a lot of additional dollars and headaches. Pros Originally it was highly customizable and worked great for decades. Constellation Real Estate Group purchased the system and botched the data transfer. They lost all of you historical communication email and letter templates and were unapologetic about how much this cost my team to recreate. Then to top it off they doubled their prices. Cons it is down all the time and the keep scaling back the features to try to get you to sign up for their new system which is a Joke! I was never a fan the more I learned, and the more I got frustrated with the overdone workings of it. Too many steps for simple tasks. It is too time consuming to use, and discourages follow up with clients, when the CRM software is the burden. Pros It is a tried and true platform for brokerages and teams to track deals, clients, and every aspect of the business. it can do a lot, and I mean a LOT. This is the industry standard software that has been around for ages in Real Estate. Cons It is severely outdated. It is cumbersome, not easy to navigate, and just clunky. Its a step above an old DOS system that has been modified to work in windows. Its behind the times, and difficult for end users that, especially if they are not very tech savvy, to use and operate. November 17, 2023 3.0 I would not recommend Top Producer at all. The support I received in the beginning was pretty good but is has gone downhill for sure. The website feels like something from the early 2000's and is not user friendly. I do believe this company gets your into a contract and when you have issues will not help resolve them. I am currently waiting for my contract to end but have moved onto another platform which I am super happy with. Basically I am waiting for my time to run out with them. Pros The employee that helped me onboard was actually super helpful. She was really knowledgeable and super friendly. Cons I was super excited when I chatted with the sales person. I asked a lot of questions and was super hopeful for this product. Unfortunately, what he promised was not what was delivered. The CRM and the website are super antiquated and did not perform as promised. I had a lot of issues syncing google to this platform. The contact management is not at all east to use. Cons There are no letters unless using their old system. Previous systems were a lot easier to navigate. The price is very high, double that of other systems I have had previously. Pros Technical Support. Keller Williams installed the Command CRM about 3 years ago. Main reason I left is the lack of available technical support. Cons No significant shortcomings. January 22, 2024 5.0 Pros Top Producer is easy to use - and you can't "lose" clients when you have input their date correctly. I have been using this for 23 plus years. They continue to make improvements and their support has ALWAYS been the best. I love the chat box - very quick and efficient. Cons During the changeover from TP8i to TPX, I lost a lot of data - lost a huge library of letters and emails. However I did not lose any contacts or any of the info pertaining to sales. Cons We need a tad of patience - the sophistication of Listing & Actions plans experienced in 8i is not yet available in X - which forces old users like me to navigate between the two versions to fully complete my work ( not ideal but bearable for the time being) - while Top Producer may not be offering the most user friendly product, you would be hard pressed to experience the power and sophistication it conveys with any of its competitors - like anything worth having, there is a learning curve with it and it is 100% worth it - the blessing in disguise is that you are never alone, the support team is the best I have witnessed in my life and I have been a Realtor for over 30 years - while the staff is unbelievably knowledgeable, they have agreeable personalities and they have the talent to listen carefully and explain patiently - rare for nerds LOL! I am very disappointed with Top producer 8i. Pros address book feature, email, recording closing data Cons The program takes about 5 minutes to load now, once I click on email. Time is money. it takes too long to load since the data transfer/ email migration to a newer software program, back in Mar /April 2022. I saved my closings on the Closing tab--about 80% of my data disappeared? I asked for 2 months creditin Aug 2022. I was supposed to get my 1st free month credit on 1 Sept 2022, as promised from customer service--it did not happen. I was still charged $58 on 1 Sept 2022. I had to email top producer, to fight for my 2 months free credit again. I probably will be charged on 1 Oct 2022 for $58, then I will call back, to request for my free 2 months credit? I wonder if customer service and accounting/billing are communicating w/ each other? Look elsewhere CRM's are cheap this is a rip off. Pros nothing, the only redeemable feature was the calendar sharing, however google calendar integration broke and they have not bothered to fix it. Their calendar app is garbage, adding appointments in is the equivalent of nails on a chalk board, using it absolutely sucks! Cons Expensive, outdated and abandoned by it new owners. Customer service can take from 1-3 days to get back to you, their new platform has again been abandoned since their bread and butter is their 1990 8I platform, witch has some decent legacy features like label making but who knows when that breaks and gets left behind too. During this time, our Customer Care team was busy, but we have since resolved these issues and have reduced wait times down to < 1 minute on average. And now that the migration is complete, we are able to focus on our next-gen CRM, Top Producer X, and developing the tools agents need to be successful today. Being their go-to whenever they have real estate questions is my number one goal. Pros Having everything in one place: contacts, market snapshot, social connect. Using the mobile app when on the road, keeping notes. Cons Our board would not allow Top Producer access to our data for many years. That is not the case anymore. The customer service is terrific! What I love most about customer service is the clock to chat feature. Agents are always ready and able to answer my questions. Pros It is very robust! I love the way you can add tons of information about a contact. I also really appreciate the “Coach”. It reminds me to be in contact with 5 new people every day based on parameters I set up for different contact types. I also like how easy it is to send an email to select contact types making it even easier to stay top of mind. Cons The thing I dislike most is the way that contacts have to be entered when there is a household of two or more. For example, I help a husband and wife list and sell their home and buy a new one. I am normally working with both parties throughout the process and build a relationship with both. Unfortunately, Top Producer requires two individual records of I want both individuals to be included in the Coach feature, market snapshot and other very powerful tools. On the other hand, by creating two contact records for the same household, I have the risk of duplicates when sending a mailing. Plus that means there are two records to update with changes and notes. Reason for choosing TOP PRODUCER MoxyWorks was a benefit provided through my broker. I wanted my data and records to be fully portable if I chose to leave my company - which ultimately I did! Very few issues but the service is great Pros Although there are a few issues with how we use it, it works well and serves it;s purpose. The customer service is top notch. Always get personalized help and issues solved speedingly Cons X won't let me do big enough mass mailer. Sometimes contact types go missing...client still there but contact types disappear. I found social connect to be a good idea, in theory, but really wasn't productive. I even added other agents to help follow up on the many leads, none ever converted, it was a waste of time and money. Pros The Customer relations management feature Cons It was confusing. Social Connect was not productive.
