This software allows you to be more organized and save time as well as turn leads into sales.

Pros

As a real estate agent this software gives me the ability to stay in touch with clients without having to put in a lot of effort.

Cons

Set up can take time but once you are up and running it becomes much easier.

Pros

Like setting up action plans to stay on task. Customer support (chat) is always very helpful and prompt.

Cons

setting up some activities are difficult and making them personal/editing isn't easy.

### "Over Priced and Misleading"

Terrible, it took them several months to even figure out how to connect to my MLS and after that, once I decided not to continue for myself and a team member they stated I had a one year contract and they would not allow me out of it. I even stated we may add in the future once we grow but not currently suited for the inputting it takes. They constantly have things not working correctly since they were purchased. This is all my personal opinion and I will never do business with this overpriced company again. I was warned and didn't listen, now I know.

Pros

It actually used to be a good software years ago but now that they are owned by what I believe is a new company the price has went up and the functions went down in my opinion.

Cons

They are very misleading. They don't tell you when they are selling you on the software on the phone that it is a one year contract.

As an instructor for trying to find leads and keeping track of them I do not recommend this product

Pros

When you decide on a cream you need great customer support they do not have customer support at all once you sign the contract

Cons

They're very nice and presentable during the signing of the contract but after they got you in the sale there's no customer service to speak of whatsoever I would recommend trying to find a different CRM to use

Pros

There is so much to offer in this product. Their support has been wonderful. Each time I call or have an appointment, I learn so much! I've had this about 3 weeks now and feel like there's still so many great uses it has to learn. Still putting it to full use.

Cons

I came from having nothing, so it's been a lot to learn and it's not always intuitive, but they do have excellent support to help you through it.

Pros

I can group my clients, track my correspondance, automatically keep them informed on the market, and set up listing and closing checklists. No more lost contacts. Now I can be the realtor that I truly strive to be for all my clients.

Cons

There is always a learning curve. I do wish I could make that shorter, but the customer support has been great.

### "Horrible Company "

Horrible!!! I signed up for it thinking it would be great and t no time did they tell me I was locked into a contract. Now I haven’t used it in over 6 months but they still want me to pay for a year before I can cancel

Pros

I don’t like anything about this product I feel like I’m being held hostage

Cons

The service is a joke all they care about is collecting money every month

Pros

All of my leads are in one place on my laptop.

Cons

Hard to use. I find it is not the easiest tool to organize unless I am on it everyday. I have no time to do that.

Pros

If you have multiple deals going on, this is a must have to keep you organized! Love that it sends you reminders about dates, and when stuff is due.

Cons

Haven't been using the program long enough to have any real complaints. The inputting of back data is taking a while

I have used Top Producer for at least 10 years and have used several of their by products. I find them to be very effective for what I need. In ten years I only have had one incident that was not favorable and that was because of a customer service representative. Recently I was tempted to go with another CRM because it was part of a training program that I was taking. However, I decided that I would stay with Top Producer because it was more cost effective and actually offered more for less money.

Pros

It is great hat it does a lot go things automatically because real estate agents have a hard time keeping track of everything they have going on all the time.

Cons

It seems really outdated both visually and in its functionality too. The website looks like it is still in the 90's, so it could definitely use some updates.

It is a very powerful tool that you will need help setting up. Once it is set up there are many everyday tasks that can be automated to get you to the next level.

It’s a good program but it didn’t really help my business and I had it for over a year!

Pros

It has a lot of drip campaigns and marketing materials for all stages of my clients. It is a major set up process but once done it’s done.

Cons

You need to personalize all materials and there’s a lot of letters so it’s very time consuming. According to my representative I thought it came free but I was paying for it.

Pros

In theory, this program would provide helpful organizational features to help agents keep track of deadlines and other tasks.

Cons

It seems glitchy and difficult to use on a mobile platform. Most agents will need the full functionality on their phones, and have a low tolerance for program errors so I doubt this is something the agents in my office will utilize.

It is useful for organization purposes and generating reports. I enjoy seeing the visual sales pipeline fo each of my leads and I love the plans I can assign to each lead.

Cons

It is difficult for non-tech savvy people to use. There should be additional tutorial videos included in the subscription.

High end features are very nice. Many bells and whistles.

It was simply too cost prohibitive for me. And too time consuming.
