I have been with Top Producer from when they first created the program some 20+ years ago and have transitioned to TPx. The personalized customer service is outstanding. Pros Using Top Producer is easy to use and help me to maintain contact and relationships with my existing clients and future customers. Cons The creation of Tasks, and follow up letters and emails was challenging. In addition, the timeline was cumbersome. I left TP and tried follow up boss. I didn’t like it, and I can back. Customer service has always been great. Pros Top producer is a CRM that you can start with just the basics, and as you get more comfortable with it you can add more to it, and it’s a simple, effective CRM from the start Cons What I don’t like is that sometimes it freezes, and I need to wait. Pros The product was fairly easy to use and was online, so you could access it from various different equipment. Cons The support, the crashes, they lost all of my email & letter plans that I had set up, they lost all of my contacts, they did not post that they had issues and you could not get a hold of anyone via chat, email, phone, etc. Totally a nightmare. They are trying to get back my letter & email plans, but have no idea of when that will happen, they said they would give me new ones, but have not and I would have to set them all up. All of my past clients that I had for 30 years, lost all of their plans. I could not do net sheets, once I had an offer accepted, buyers & sellers did not get their reminders. It has been over a month of hell and they compensated me 1 free month for my troubles. RUN AWAY! I have tried others, but keep coming back to Top Producer. Pros Love that it keeps me organized, easily apply automated plans to transactions and to clients. Top Producer makes me look good. Cons I don't like that they have removed the function to print letters (we have some clients with no computers and/or email), and I am not fond of the feature that creates "relationships" as it does not work well for printing lists. I have had to go in and remove all the relationships that I created, so that my lists are accurate. If this can happen, it could happen to you. Pros See below. It had great features in years past but is very dated now. Cons I've spent hundreds of hours over the years building my system on TP 8i, all my automated activities and their associated templates. In the past 2 weeks, TP has lost ALL of their clients' Template Libraries. Unrecoverable. I'm horrified and deeply disappointed that this CRM that I've been using for 19 years and that I have built my business on and have referred many agents to could have failed me and thousands of others. Top Producer: "sorry for the inconvenience". Shameful and incredibly unprofessional. It has worked well during that time. Recently they have had major issues. There is absolutely NO customer service. They have shut their phone helpline down. I had 20 years' worth of letters/templates/ emails/etc. that I have loaded into their system. Now they tell me they have all been erased and they can not produce them. I would never recommend their products!! Pros At this time nothing is working. They have tried to transfer to a new program and it is very poor. Cons Continual breakdowns. The new software they are wanting to switch to has very limited functions compared to the original software. There are a lot of great features Pros I like having the ability to have my leads connect with the program and have a drip campaign start asap. Being able to stay on task and have buyers and sellers where future or past clients on a campaign to follow up on. Love that the product is connected to the mls. Cons There are no letters unless using their old system. Previous systems were a lot easier to navigate. The price is very high, double that of other systems I have had previously. Pros The new format for Top Producer/Social Connect seems to be more of my style. The training we had with \[sensitive content hidden\] was fantastic and he was just great. Cons Having to keep up with the data input from each client is a bit tough and daunting but its part of the program. I juts feel like there is so much to keep up with as far as data goes but it is good that Top Producer has so many categories for clients. TPX is brutal. No support. Super buggy. Stay away! Pros TP 8i was good but not working anyway. We were forced to upgrade to TPX. Cons TPX is very buggy. During the switch over all templates were lost for me and all other customers. Easy to use and tech support is available and competent. Pros Technical Support. Keller Williams installed the Command CRM about 3 years ago. Main reason I left is the lack of available technical support. Cons No significant shortcomings. I like the overall product. Switched from [Kahoot!](https://www.capterra.com/p/156399/Kahoot/) I did not switch from any of the listed products but I had to pick one so I did. I switched from the Keller Willams in house CRM. This product allows me to set plans and then just do the tasks as they come up. It keeps my schedule, if it isn't on the schedule it doesn't get done. I couldn't do have the work I do without TP keeping me organized and on schedule. It would be impossible to juggle all my clients without this product. Pros This product has got all the bells and whistles. It is easy to use and as your knowledge and experience grows the product grows with you. Customer service is wonderful.
