But they really had no clue how to help solve my issues. Ive been getting the run around for about 2 months. Go incognito and delete you email then add it back in. Jiggle the cord, slap the monitor kind of details. Pros I did like the storage and the customization to the CRM. To change what I wanted when I wanted. Cons Google Sync Does not work at ALL and when it does decide to work it always duplicates all your contacts. And there is so easy way to download all your contacts at once to a csv file. Pros A few things I like most about Top Producer thus far are the CRM management, contact touch-base tracking, and the MLS connectivity. Cons One thing I like least about Top Producer is the document management aspect; unfortunately, you cannot upload the documents themselves however you can upload for example a DropBox link to the document. I have been using your software for the last 15 years (not continuously) as I moved abroad to the Netherlands. Now I’m using it again. What I like most is the search functionality that can be used in an advanced way. Cons What I don’t like at all is that Market Snapshot can not be used in the Netherlands, it would have giving me an amazing advantage as no CRM offers that. I also had quite a lot of problems with syncing calendar and contacts in terms of the calendar going awol a few times with the sync and the duplicates contacts that I had to remove manually and lost a lot of time in Review Source Response from Top Producer August 10, 2020 Thanks for your feedback Anoir! March 31, 2020 5.0 I have had Top Producer for 31 years, before it became an internet program. I have always found it to be indispensable. Invaluable in so manu functions to support an active Realtor. There is a learning curve for anyone starting to use it but your tech support team are fabulous. They have an abubdance of knowledge, skill and patience. Pros Control of my database with entry of all listings, closings,activities and events One click posting of emails to appropriate client "Activities completed". Personalized emails directly from the client data page. Calendar and reminders. Marketing. Easy to produce attractive flyers. Income and expense tracker Cons I haven't checked recently but Market snapshot was not available in Canada. I realize this is not a Top Producer decision but rather an overly protective canadian industry. It would be good to have it. Pros We have been using Top Producer for longer than I have been with the company which is 8 years. It is familiar and convenient for us to use it. Cons I feel like it’s outdated. Honestly nothing has changed about it in the 8 years I’ve been using it. While that can be nice, I think it needs to be up to date with the times as real estate is constantly changing. Pros Customer support at Top Producer is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The software is easy to use once it's set up. Tasks can be assigned to assistants or agents and easily changed when there's turnover on the team. Cons Scheduling by date can be complicated for long term action plans, like annual/holiday marketing plans. Set up can be a beast but this likely the case with any new CRM set up. It is comprehensive and indispensable. I love when I am able to pull up past information from years before to remind my contacts how long we have been acquainted and/or doing business. together. The calendar and transaction reminders are fantastic. And , what a great feature Google Sync is. Pros Activities calendar contacts information and history google sync Listing and Closing information Seller's net sheet Listing presentation Cons The lost of email history and google sync when the Google password is changed. Pros Nothing, upon initial setup I was told that the software could produce rental property results. Later I was told they don't have that ability. Cons Didn't produce what they said it would. I have gone back and forth with trying new CRMs and I always come back to Top Producer. It has absolutely everything in there that I need to run my real estate business. I especially love the action plans I can have for both sellers and buyers so no steps are missed. Cons The only con is it may have too many features. I definitely do not use all of them. Once I realized that the CRM doesn't fulfill its intended purpose, I attempted to cancel my account, only to discover it's nearly impossible. The support team, both through chat and email, has been unhelpful and has continuously passed me around without taking any responsibility. I've been stuck with this for over six months, paying for a platform I haven't even used. It seems like a miracle is required to even put my account on hold. Despite their insistence, the support team kept directing me back to live chat to cancel, while the live chat informed me that only the support team could assist. It's important to note that their customer service is absolutely atrocious. My advice: run away from this platform and save yourself the frustration and disappointment.
