Was using Top Producer since 1998 and the service and software has declined. All email marketing out of date. I am cancelling my CRM. Not worth the money.

Nothing! Program Software runs very slow

Cons

Top Producer Software has declined and runs very slow. I've been using TP since 1998, but have changed because there is no customer service or resolution to the issues and concerns. Also email marketing letters are very bland and out of date.

My experience with top producer has been absolutely wonderful. Their leadership and development teams are highly interactive with users. Their product support team not only provides solutions but rep follows up and reach out to make sure you got taken care of!

Pros

The Follow Up coach system and the Product Support Team

Cons

Some features are out of date but the company is beta testing a great new version that I love!

With all the new updates the only thing it seems to be missing is being able to dial from top producer.

Pros

Contact Management. Marketing mailings. Contact management is indispensable.

Cons

The monthly cost. At the beginning it was the software package that I purchased to install in my computer and there were no monthly fees., the data resided in my computer. Then they changed to an internet based model with a monthly access fee that have since been going up. I still value the software and data base maintenance though.

Pros

I have been using Top Producer CRM since TP 5.0 longer that most of customer service has been there! It's an easy way to keep track of my clients, leads, affiliates and transactions. I have my calendar for both business and personal set up with email reminders. And customer service is awesome! I love TP!

Cons

There are options I don't use. Some steps to create a new template can be confusing. That's why I call tech support !

Absolutely can’t stand TopProducer. Every time they hit me up for $60 a month, I get upset all over again. What a waste of money and their refusal to even suspend my subscription until I find it more useful, has guaranteed that I’ll never use their software again.

Pros

Zero pros. There isn’t anything that I like about this software.

Cons

Extremely disappointed. Wish I would have done more research before investing in this software. Was talked into it by my mentor and now I sit here, 6 months in, and unable to cancel my subscription. Customer service is extremely unhelpful and I can’t wait to be done with my 12 months hostage situation, so I can find a CRM that I actually like and will utilize.

### "Top producer not working with MLS"

Pros

At the beginning I liked most of the features that it offered, contact management, letter and e-mail campaigns, CMA and flyers.

Cons

I have been using this system for over 13 years and have had issues in the past with a several functions of their system. Now their system in not communicating with my MLS board which has been going on for over a month. When I call they tell me that they have a ticket open and that the development team is working on it and can not tel me anymore about the issues or when it will be completed. The purpose of this system is to make our jobs easier not harder. They have no issues collecting the fees to use the system but not able to make it work properly.

Pros

When I get online leads, they automatically go into Top Producer. When I lose the original emails, TP always backs me up!!

Cons

It should come with a written instruction manual, or at least have one available to purchase.

Cons

Your personnel cannot explain why all mass emails to hotmail.com can’t reach my clients. Also, we cannot track who opens the mail. Read receipt is also optional.

Overall very positive so far.

Pros

Organizing and consolidating my clients info and past transactions with them.

Cons

I wish Top Producer had been able to import all details to do with my past clients from the MLS tax records so that I didn't have to manually enter their emails, phone numbers etc. Also wish TP had imported the closing dates for those previous clients.

Pros

This software is definitely the "Cadillac" of all CRM software as far as I'm concerned. I'm in Real Estate and have dabbled in several different CRM's. So many are determined to "dumb it down" so much that it doesn't have all the items you need to keep track of and some are determined to make the system super confusing it seems. Top Producer is a robust CRM that can put action plans into place, keep track of birthdays/anniversaries for a main contact/spouse/kids/etc., integrate with leads coming in. and so much more.

Cons

The only con I can really state is that some people may find that it's such a robust system, they may get overwhelmed initially. My main advice is to review their help section. There are several how-to videos and topics that can help in almost any area.

I love Top Producer and plan to continue to use it! They also have great, supportive training.

Pros

I have tried various different CRMs as a Realtor, and so far, Top Producer is the best fit for myself and my business. It has a really great layout for creating campaigns. I run an expireds campaign on it and it keeps me on track daily. Other CRMs just are not robust enough to do this.

Cons

I think the software could be organized a little better and it could be more intuitive to find where certain functions are on the platform.

I does capture every single lead that I receive.

Cons

Still using old Keller Williams non-compliant logos, so I can't utilize their built in marketing. Clunky to use.
