Every time they hit me up for $60 a month, I get upset all over again. What a waste of money and their refusal to even suspend my subscription until I find it more useful, has guaranteed that I’ll never use their software again. Pros Zero pros. There isn’t anything that I like about this software. Cons Extremely disappointed. Wish I would have done more research before investing in this software. Was talked into it by my mentor and now I sit here, 6 months in, and unable to cancel my subscription. Broker Real Estate Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Top producer not working with MLS" January 18, 2018 1.0 Pros At the beginning I liked most of the features that it offered, contact management, letter and e-mail campaigns, CMA and flyers. Cons I have been using this system for over 13 years and have had issues in the past with a several functions of their system. Now their system in not communicating with my MLS board which has been going on for over a month. When I call they tell me that they have a ticket open and that the development team is working on it and can not tel me anymore about the issues or when it will be completed. The purpose of this system is to make our jobs easier not harder. They have no issues collecting the fees to use the system but not able to make it work properly. Review Source RE Robert E. Pros Organizing and consolidating my clients info and past transactions with them. Cons I wish Top Producer had been able to import all details to do with my past clients from the MLS tax records so that I didn't have to manually enter their emails, phone numbers etc. Also wish TP had imported the closing dates for those previous clients. I am excited to start using the product again and get organized and have Top Producer work with me to help increase my productivity. Cons I've owned Top Producer for a few decades and stopped using it probably a decade ago due to constant errors, not being able to manipulate information to make it my own and constant email issues. June 5, 2018 5.0 Pros This software is definitely the "Cadillac" of all CRM software as far as I'm concerned. I'm in Real Estate and have dabbled in several different CRM's. So many are determined to "dumb it down" so much that it doesn't have all the items you need to keep track of and some are determined to make the system super confusing it seems. Top Producer is a robust CRM that can put action plans into place, keep track of birthdays/anniversaries for a main contact/spouse/kids/etc., integrate with leads coming in. and so much more. Cons The only con I can really state is that some people may find that it's such a robust system, they may get overwhelmed initially. My main advice is to review their help section. They also have great, supportive training. Pros I have tried various different CRMs as a Realtor, and so far, Top Producer is the best fit for myself and my business. It has a really great layout for creating campaigns. I run an expireds campaign on it and it keeps me on track daily. Other CRMs just are not robust enough to do this. Cons I think the software could be organized a little better and it could be more intuitive to find where certain functions are on the platform. Owner Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Very poor business practices" May 21, 2021 2.0 Actually the KW platform does everything, has a more modern interface and integrates better with our other programs. Pros We had not discovered that the credit card used for this account had expired and we eventually assigned another to it. In the interim we decided not to continue using this as we transitioned to a Keller-Williams platform. Shortly after, when logging in we received a notice that the account had been closed, and took no further action since we weren't planning on using it. We discovered some time later (almost a year) that the company had kept billing the new credit card even though the screen said account cancelled. When we discovered this, we contacted the company and asked for a refund. They refused and forced us to continue paying until the term ended. Not a very positive way to conduct business. Cons Their billing practices really aren't very positive. The software is fairly old in terms of the interface. The functions are okay. Review Source JW Jacob W. Pros It did basic CRM functions. Didn't wow me, but had the essentials. Cons I signed up with TP from the recommendation of my onboarding at my company. I did their free trial, about 15 days after my free trial I realized that most of the features I needed most, like being able to easily print labels for mailers, weren't there or required me to do a work around.I tried requesting to cancel the product, I'd even be ok with an early cancellation fee, but the free trial roped me into a full year subscription. The salesperson basically said too bad, and seemed like this was fairly routine for him. I'm assuming he wasn't willing to give up his commission to let me walk.So $600 later I haven't used the product since the first month and during that time felt like it was pretty underwhelming and that's being generous.Please consider other options before starting the free trial. Top Producer is old and clunky and expensive. Support is very poor. Pros Nothing that is positive. Avoid Top Producer, Market Snapshot offering. I really cannot think about any Pros.
