Comments: I manage a planned planned preventative maintenance schedule which on numerous times per day is disrupted by reactive emergency calls. This is tri-axial scheduling at best. Trying to make the most of what resources an excel spread sheet would give me.

I used many other field service tools but vWorks just worked. Straight away. I didn't have to change the processes I liked and worked and I could manage out the bad ones. I also gained clear visibility and daily workloads for all staff. I have accountability fo rthe first time in years. I know what clients put extra demands on us. I can see which clients are more valuable to me based on demand. I can now work a Time & Motion study at the click of button.

Clients can use our self help portal so the phones are not blocked for inbound new business calls. Not to mention we wee paperless in 4 days.

Now I can work smarter, not harder. vWorks works for me, my business and my clients. Having Consilium configure it for me was a no-brainer. They took time to understand my business operation. Identified key improvment areas and delivered smooth and sharp training. Its not a technical system to use and we can amend and configure adjustments ourself since Consilium provided Super User Training across my teams.

I've increased capacity and profitability and I'm still doing things much the way I was before. Brilliant.
