Pros: Very easy way to track sales inquiries. Email based logging of inquiries is a great feature as it is easy for the field force to log inquiries quickly and easily. Rest of the process workflow helps in tracking and movements between teams is very easy. Very good productivity improvement tool. Support is excellent.

Overall: We had a very humble start with basic functionalities and the software helped us to scale. The efficiency of the team improved drastically.

Recommendations to other buyers: Can handle the sales urgent order approval process very easily just by email based replies. This is very handy as well.
