Overall, its been a good experience but nothing stands out about this call tracking software than other ones i have used before.

Pros

This allows us to track calls for our clients in a very easy way. It has plenty of area codes to choose from and makes it really simple.

Cons

Trying to transfer phone numbers is not the easiest task and takes a while.

The system does what it promises very well. But unless you need the most advanced functionality (and are prepared to pay for it) there are much less expensive options.

Pros

Dialogtech call tracking has just about any feature you can think of and the analytics dashboard is second to none.

Cons

The costs are very high compared to similar software. If you want to add functionality it will cost more. Lots of nickel and diming for features that should be included.

They have a great product and are willing to work with you should you have special requests. We had a lengthy on-boarding process and they were very responsive and attentive during that time.
