  • Not only are they super helpful, but they will send you a video on how to complete the task at hand for future use and typically take care of the immediate task for you.

"Avidtrak has great products and excellent customer care after sales support"

Overall: From the time we first engaged Avidtrak for their call tracking technology, it was evident that they are committed to delivering a critical technology to with top-notch service. Their call tracking products have proven to be an invaluable resource to business. The level of precision and accuracy with which they track and analyze calls is truly impressive. This technology has allowed me to gain valuable insights into my marketing efforts, understand customer behavior, and make data-driven decisions to optimize my campaigns.Technology is one part of their strength; it is their outstanding customer support that keeps us linked to Avidtrak. We have always got a human to human interaction instead of getting a robot answering previously recorded scenarios. The customer support team at Avidtrak is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly responsive, helpful and with very short to no wait times. Whenever our team members have questions or encountered any issues, their support team was readily available to assist me. Their dedication to ensuring that I had a seamless experience with their products was truly commendable.Avidtrak is not just providing us with some key technology products but they go above and beyond in ensuring our success in utilizing their products.

Pros: It was their product technology that brought us to Avidtrak. After several meetings and discussions we realized that the team members know what they are talking about. We did not get a feel of sell and forget mentality from the Avidtrak team. Their implementation team members not just educated our team with the functioning of their call tracking and management products but that made sure that our team is 100% satisfied and comfortable with the new system. They provided our team members a comprehensive training on how to use their call tracking tools effectively, which was instrumental in maximizing the benefits for our business. Their ongoing support has been invaluable in helping me adapt to changing market dynamics and refine my marketing strategies.

Cons: I don't see any negative in the 2+ years of service that we have had from Avidtrak. The only limitation is caused by our own time constraints. We want to use Avidtrak services to a greater level.

"Fantastic Product and Customer Service"

Overall: Think Integrated has worked with Avidtrak and [sensitive content hidden] for over 5 years. We were introduced to Avidtrak by one of our clients and were in the market for a new call-tracking system.The product suited our needs, but it was the customer service by [sensitive content hidden] that sealed the deal. Any time we have a question, [sensitive content hidden] has been available to help. He has gone above and beyond and it's the reason I recommend Avidtrak to anyone needing a call tracking system.

Pros: We have been using Avidtrak over 5 years and we love how easy it is to use and how quickly our questions are answered.

Cons: They are updating the product all the time so we haven't had any issues.

"Great service w/ excellent customer service"

Overall: Overall I like the products and the customer service we receive using avidtrak. I get calls and emails daily trying to sell me similar products, but the product and service has been great for the past 5+ years; I have no reason to look in to other service providers.

Pros: The quickness in which they respond to any question, suggestion or concerns.

Cons: I find that there have been a lack of "near" number available similar to what I'm looking for.

"AvidTrak has good support"

Overall: Good. Does what is needed to fix issues fast.

Pros: Great support and easy to get a live support person on the phone.

Cons: Takes time to understand the dashboard and learn the system.

"Excellent Product and Support!"

Overall: AvidTrack has been great to work with. The customer support is FANTASTIC! They're always very responsive and our issues are addressed immediately.

Pros: AvidTrack is very flexible and highly user-friendly. We can adapt it to fit all of our call needs and the online control panel is easy to navigate and use. The APIs they provided also work well with our field management software, to help us track our ROI.

Cons: If there are any flaws with AvidTrack, we either haven't found them yet, or there aren't any.

Reasons for Switching to AvidTrak: AvidTrack was more responsive, less expensive and could do more for our company.

"AvidTrack has the best customer support in the game"

Pros: For started, the customer support. While the platform is super easy to use, every now and then, you need to do something different or new and reaching out for support is vital. Not only are they super helpful, but they will send you a video on how to complete the task at hand for future use and typically take care of the immediate task for you. The ability to track and record phone calls is extremely important for the lead gen business a majority of our clients are in.

Cons: I would have to go with the navigation of the platform. While it's not difficult to navigate, it definitely took a bit of getting used to.

"Amazing product with exceptional after sales support "

Overall: The best thing I like of them is their service and support, at any given time and they are always available to assist.

Pros: Call recording IVR and robocall blocking

Cons: User interface is good enough but in my opinion it can be improved.

"Outstanding Call Tracking Solution and Team to Work With"

Overall: Outstanding call tracking partner to work with. We would highly recommend them to others.

Pros: We love how they have developed the interface to make it easy to do our daily reporting and setup new accounts. The diversity of tools and solutions they offer for call tracking routing, messaging, etc is outstanding. Response time to assist us with any issues that arise is extremely prompt, and they have often modified their programming to elminate issues or develop solutions to enhance their offering.

Cons: We really have no negatives to state. When we have questions or issues, they are fast to respond.

"Indispensable to our Operation"

Overall: AvidTrak has been invaluable for our marketing efforts across nearly every avenue. We no longer have to guess whether our TV, print, or web campaigns are working. With AvidTrak, we know the exact ROI we are receiving for every dollar spent. This has allowed us to use our marketing budget in a much more powerful way. An AvidTrak phone number is a must-have for every marketing endeavor we undertake. And, I have to say, the support I receive from their team has been top-notch too. I can't recommend them enough!

Pros: Ability to track all our campaigns, print and digital.

Cons: The UX is a little dated, but not enough to keep me from accomplishing my goals.

"Unlocking Business Potential: The Avid Track way.""

Overall: Avid Trak has been a one stop shop for all my business needs, growth, and potential.

Pros: I love the ease of communication and customer service. From the moment you sign up they have your best interest in mind. It's the way to go if you have tried everything else with little or no experience. Staff is knowledgeable and they tell you what works.

Cons: So far no cons....its been total integrative experience....which I didn't know I needed till I did!

"Call Tracking 101"

Overall: Have used this for many years.Has been a valuable tool for me.Each ad we put out, gets its own number.Each month I can easily see which campaigns are performing and which aee not.Each campaign will tell you they track their campaign for you but AvidTrak puts them in one spot so you can easily make an educated decision with all the data in one place.

Pros: Very easy system to setup and use so I can have muliple ads with multiple numbers in one place.

Cons: Record and track outbound calls which could become an issue for quality assurance.

"Business Phone Call Leads Tracking for New Patients "

Overall: AvidTrack systems and options are very reasonably priced, infact you get more than what you pay for. Overall experience has been quite pleasant. I'm glad I work with them. With Avid Track marketing aspect of our business is in very safe hands.

Pros: We had tried deferent options like USPS software or sending post cards and placing adds on local TV stations but AvidTrack were able to consistently create traceable leads for specific clientele based on age/income bracket and location around our dental offices both here in Orange county and Bay Area (California).

Cons: Since are marketing goals superseded our expectations through AvidTrack, it would be unfair to come up with flaws....

Reasons for Switching to AvidTrak: We switched because we had hit a saturation point and we needed an alternative to grow our business.

"A big fan"

Overall: I’m so happy to have found AvidTrak and I recommend it to all my friends who are looking for a reasonably priced , feature rich service.

Pros: AvidTrak offers an incredibly user friendly call- tracking service. Their service is top notch, they’re available all the time to answer questions, they offer all the features that the more expensive services provide, and their prices are the lowest I have found anywhere.My advertising is now much more efficient, and targeted because I get custom reports that help me fine tune my marketing strategy.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Experience has been great so far!

"Great Customer Service!"

Overall: The team at AvidTrak really went out of their way to make us comfortable. They were friendly and approachable , and very knowledgeable about their product and were able to answer all our questions.

Pros: Ease of use and functionality. Great Customer service.
