Pros: For started, the customer support. While the platform is super easy to use, every now and then, you need to do something different or new and reaching out for support is vital. Not only are they super helpful, but they will send you a video on how to complete the task at hand for future use and typically take care of the immediate task for you. The ability to track and record phone calls is extremely important for the lead gen business a majority of our clients are in.
Cons: I would have to go with the navigation of the platform. While it's not difficult to navigate, it definitely took a bit of getting used to.

Overall: Have used this for many years.Has been a valuable tool for me.Each ad we put out, gets its own number.Each month I can easily see which campaigns are performing and which aee not.Each campaign will tell you they track their campaign for you but AvidTrak puts them in one spot so you can easily make an educated decision with all the data in one place.
Pros: Very easy system to setup and use so I can have muliple ads with multiple numbers in one place.
Cons: Record and track outbound calls which could become an issue for quality assurance.
