I have worked with many larger EMR companies, but WebE is great to work with, because they care about their clients. You are not just a number. It is easy to train new employees. Pros Easy to use. Very self explanatory. Personal adjustments to the patients chart (like templates) can be made. Cons I would like to see all providers schedules on one page sometimes. I wish it was easier to move a patient into another schedule (i.e. pull it off to the side and drop into an available opening) More options for reports in billing. Review Source OB OLIVERIO B. The IT support staff is amazing and if the issue is severe you get to talk to the owner and he will fix it. There are just a few things that keep this from a 5 star review and really they are more annoying than functionality. Pros It is very easy to use. It really doesn't take long to learn the system. These problems consist of data that is entered into the system does not seem to stay in the system. Also there have been several issues brought to tech supports attention that have yet to be resolved. Overall we are leaning towards looking for another EMR, that is more userfriendly.
