Pros It is fairly intuitive when it comes to keyword research and selection. I like that it provides a feature that factors in all elements of a keyword to help you choose the best options for your site. Cons It can be somewhat limited in its results. You can then click the links to the online listings and correct any errors easily to make them all match. This is necessary for search engine optimization: the business name address, phone number, and information matches everywhere online exactly the same. Normally it would be a longer process because you would have to do Google searches to find all this information spread out all over the web. It showed me how I ranked compared to the competition and what I needed to do to improve. It also let me "spy" on my competition to make my website better in Google's eyes. Cons It was a little bit cumbersome and difficult to understand at first, but I think that is because I am not a hugely technical person. It might just be user error on my part. It is essential for any local business to have a web presence and Moz local will help local business owners accomplish just that. Simply spend some time entering in business specific information and you can then have moz populate all the major local citations for you. Cons There are no cons at this time that I can think of. I believe moz local to be a very critical element in the grand scheme of building a local presence. You could go through each listing individually but this takes hours of valuable time. They have a suite of free tools available, and each are well worth paying for. Their content is also educational and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend. Cons There's really nothing to dislike. There is a large online community and the support is excellent. Cons There are other software options that do everything that MOZ does and sometimes even more for quite a bit less money. Their trainings and resources are well thought out too from my perspective. Cons I don't think their traffic estimates are accurate, and sometimes the overwhelming amount of data provided can make understand how to make actions from it difficult.
