Cons I'm a little surprised the inbound link data sometimes seems limited (like the number of results). But I get enough data to get what I need. The stats are always wrong, the information is never accurate, I generally use it just because it makes pretty reports. Pros What I like about Moz is that you can get a lot of meaningful insights for more than just one website. Things like that can really help you boos your site's performance, even without paid ads. Cons What I would like to be differently, is the user experience on the platform, starting at the first step, after you sign in. I like the data and trends of keywords it provided me. It also gave very good suggestions for relevant keywords and website optimization. Cons The backlink checker was not good. Very much not thorough. The keyword ranking and research only let you track a little and then became way to expensive, making it make more sense to just get a software dedicated to rank tracking. Pros I really like the link intersect tool that Moz provides. It allows you to look at multiple websites and see what link sources they have in common that you don't. Great way to find link opportunities. Cons When you export the data it usually comes in a CSV file and you always have to work with the data and cell formatting to compare anything. Pros Moz Pro's keyword analysis tool and link analysis are effective and thorough. The software has many features and functions for a successful SEO campaign. Moz has one of the cleanest dashboards and offers simplicity. That said, it's too simple for some of my advanced projects. I prefer the backlink database of ahrefs and the audit tools of SEMRush so it's hard for me to justify the monthly subscription cost. Pros Moz is pretty easy to use. The UI is nicely designed and they have most of the tools you need to improve your SEO Cons Backlink tools are lacking. It's tough to beat ahrefs which makes it more difficult to justify the subscription cost. Ahrefs and Screaming Frog are both worth more for the money. The real value of any them is debatable, at this point, considering the numerous changes within algorithm factors. Pros This software is the only software that gives me the widely referred to 'domain rank' - an invention of Moz but widely regarded as a benchmark score. Cons A bit US-centred, not good for UK; not half as good as SEO PowerSuite, a bit old school - more links than anything else, and not massively user friendly, and very high priced for what you get. Reason for choosing Moz Pro SEM Rush seemed very US centred, Moz Pro only moderately so.
