Cons The main issue with MOZ-PRO is that they have not innovated as much as Ahrefs.com or similar and they have fallen a bit behind them. Provides some useful tips along the way and although the support staff invariably provide inept responses and don't really appear to know much about their own software, they do respond and at least appear to te trying to help. Cons That it produces very inaccurate results, is ridiculously hard to decipher which time period it's results relate to and that producing custom reports on Chrome is about as frustrating as it gets because their developers can't seem to remove their Chrome related bugs. The metrics are very helpful and easy to understand. The user interface is fairly easy to navigate. Their support and knowledge base is very good and can teach you a lot about SEO and how to rank better. Cons I don't feel that Moz is quite as helpful to use as the likes of Ahrefs. There are some good tools but they're not excellent - not as good as they should be. I haven't seen enough updates or improvements and I'm starting to question whether it's worth the money each month. I also like the keywords tool. It enables my team to figure out what is best resonating with people on the web. Cons I hate the limits on the versions with keywords and campaigns. I think Moz is a bit overpriced as well. Overall great system, but need to stop defaulting to campaign email updates. They are annoying and one of the reasons we ultimately moved to another system. I have used SEM rush as well - while both have their pros and cons, I find the Moz interface much more user friendly and the insights and dashboards easily actionable. If the bulk operations regarding keywords and URLs can be streamlined further, this tool will be even more useful for digital marketers. Pros The insights are actionable. The crawl speed is reasonably fast, and the custom metrics like Domain Authority are great tools. The competitor benchmarking is great, too. Custom reports, once setup - are great. Excellent tool for spotting site crawl issues. Cons Many bulk operations need to be carried out manually. For instance, I had to spend hours to actually remove the tracked and mapped keywords I wanted to remove/update from my campaign. One would think this would be an easy task, but no. It's easy to use and gets the job done. You can literally setup rank tracking and more within minutes. It's definitely great for those who want to spend less time digging into data. Anyhow what I love the most about MOZ that it's not only about SEO they have other products such as FollowerWond my go to influencers hunting tool for Twitter.
