September 18, 2017 5.0 I used this for keyword research. Pros It provided what I was looking for. I needed to conduct keyword research. I liked this software because it is better to use than many of the others and because of who the provider is, I trusted their sources. Cons The price. To be fair, they offer a lot of other features which I have not utilized, so I can't speak about everything, but the price for the keyword research feature is pretty hefty and I don't think I can afford it anytime soon. What I particularly enjoyed is the moz Toolbar that analyses a website instantly and provides instant feedback upon any changes you or your developpers have made. Cons I would love to see the web interface improve slightly. Oftentimes I found myself looking for specific tasks way too far into their categories. Site speed has also been an issue for me. The site audits come in handy, but should be used with care and discernment. Cons The site audit reports are sometimes frustrating because some of the issues identified on a site are reported erroneously. Cons Doesn't work well with HubSpot (as far as website visits go; there's a discrepancy between GA and HS); doesn't easily tell you WHY certain scores are the way they are unless you dig deeper; price point and plan limitations are a bit frustrating. Pros It provided general reporting very easily and helps you dig deeper into your specific needs. Also provides suggested fixes or solutions to problems and lack of data so you're never stuck or don't know what the next step is. Cons It's segmented enough that finding the right tool isn't always evident. It is something you have to make a best practice every day. Pros Moz Pro offers a lot of great resources for SEO. They have features like keyword filters that can give suggestions on which keywords to use for optimal visibility, ideas on how to circulate existing content, and more. There are still some resources and functions I haven't looked into, but overall a good software to use. Cons The website can seem overwhelming at first, and they could do better visually. You will definitely dedicate a lot of time - especially in the beginning - to figure out where you can find what and what makes sense for your businesses. It also provides insight into opportunities you might have otherwise overlooked due to time constraints. This tool will help you find low hanging fruit and also tell you what avenues to avoid spending bandwidth on if you have don't have the time. Cons Moz has the tendency to be a bit off with their SERP data. Also, their offpage crawl isn't as comprehensive as the competition. " August 9, 2019 5.0 Been using Moz website for years in terms of their blogs and reading updates in the SEO world, however only recently have upgraded to Pro for the reporting. Pros Customized reports and rankings in one place, easy to generate info on traffic, keyword movements and individual URL rankings for any website/project. The interface is modern and colored to help differentiate between data sets and as an SEO company, having the powerful Moz brand behind your reporting doesn't hurt! I really like the "featured snippets" integration, as most other reporting tools will only show basic rich results. Cons Takes a long time to setup, but well worth it in the end as the reporting is comprehensive and seems very accurate when cross checking with SERPs and other tools.
