Once the issue of IT not being able to view my screen Remote Desktop Manager has been great. My team regularly uses it for guidance and IT issues while in the field.

Pros

Remote Desktop Manager has been a lifesaver for in the field issues. When me or my team have issues in the field our head office is able to remote into our computers to see/fix any issues.

Cons

I had an issue with Remote Desktop Manager as originally my organization blocked screen viewing. It took a lot of troubleshooting to figure out what the issue was preventing me the ability to share my screen with IT.

My overall experience with Remote Desktop Manager has been very positive. It has significantly streamlined how I manage multiple remote connections, VPNs, and credentials by centralising everything into a single, organised console. The ability to securely store and share credentials with team members has improved both security and productivity. I appreciate the wide protocol support and integration options.

Pros

You can keep all your remote connections (RDP, SSH, VNC, etc.) in one place. Connections, VPN settings, credentials, and other settings can be organised through a console. This simplifies management.

Cons

It is slow when the software is first started or when working with large databases (many connection definitions, VPNs, credentials, etc.).
