It saves all of the connection information (machine name, IP, username, password, etc.) so I just double click and it logs me in. So easy! Pros I LOVE that I can create groups in this software to keep my remote sessions organized by task or work function. I also love that I can inherit logins so I don't have to enter my credentials on each machine. You can save admin credentials so it's easy to just double click on the computer and log in without having to type in your credentials each time. Cons Logs in to each computer via RDP so only one user can see the session at a time. Pros Working remotely is much easier when I have this tool in place! There is no limit to how much you can do when using this tool, and I do not experience much if any distortion like you sometimes will with remote-in programs like this. Cons It will often freeze up or stall. I have had issues with it disconnecting from the VPN randomly, as well. It may have something to do with the Internet connection. Pros Overall, it's quite easy to use. I find it easy to catch onto without much training and the functionalities are nice overall. RDM has made it faster and easier than ever to manage my work newtork. Great tool for any IT Admin to have in their back pocket, and on their desktop. Pros I love the wide array of features that RDM has. It stores my remote desktop profiles, allows me to see all the sessions on our terminal servers, it even stores connection information for things like Spiceworks and vSphere. This has become an invaluable tool for me, and I use it every day. Cons I've had some trouble using the Wayk connector. I'm able to install it and get connect to the client, but after that it doesn't respond. Luckily, it was a personal machine I was testing on, and I can still RDP into it, but I'm a little disappointed that I couldn't get it to work. Maybe some tuning is required. Pros It is fairly intuitive to setup but is geared for the IT Support inclined. Our primary support staff had less issues then the jurior operators/techs or general users. A big company with several products doing different parts of the whole Remote connection system could easily consolidate. You do pay for what you get but you get what you pay for. Once it is setup and running its a great centralized solution for your Remote Connectivity to the enterprise. Cons So many features and details can actually be a detraction and overwhelming. Now I am using Remote at my work. You can connect several users together, they have their separate users, also if something you can easily connect to the other users desktop.
