Pros I love that i can remote to any machine or even my machine when I work from home and left my laptop in the office. It is also very helpful with virtually connecting to our test machines for automation. Cons The connection sometimes drops and it doesnt automatically connects but its not super big deal as its easy to reconnect manually. Now you can use random letters and numbers, making your passwords more secure. Cons Our IT helped me set it up, it wasn't immediately apparent how to use it. Cons Limited monitoring of the changes being made by the remote person, so you may not be able to learn much from such exercise, which may be possible if your are sitting next to the expert while he resolves issues. We create & update patient info with ease, & have specific options for specific cases. Overall, grateful for this software for making my job easier. Pros This software is simple overall as far as use & navigation. Without this software, I am unsure as to how functional & difficult it might be when seeing patients & creating their medical charts & patient intake. Cons Often times, the software tends to freeze up. Example: if you forget to sign out before walking away, after a certain amount of time (15 ish minutes) the program will freeze & we are unable to use it.
