Using the credential injection feature of this software, I was able to consolidate the 4 VPS subscriptions to one single one, which resulted in an annual cost savings of over $2,000. Pros I used the free version of this software to help a client consolidate multiple remote dedicated workstations, delivering an overall cost savings of $2160/year Cons The setup was so easy to use, I lost out on income I would normally get from training the employees on how to use and operate the new systems. I will start with the fact I am tracking my sales calls with appointment check-ins. It has a Google My Business integration which is a must have for me. It has sales territory assignments. Followup and scheduling are available. For the extra service, I can get GPS tracking and for the best value for my money, I can record my calls and have text messaging. I love that I can easily remote into my field sale's computer from my home office and troubleshoot any issue they have. The one downside is they have to reconnect if I need to perform a reboot. I wish there was a way to bypass that for troubleshooting purposes. Other than that, this is a great tool to use when performing troubleshooting tasks for remote users. Love it. You can have fully access to other computer, obviously with the permission of the computer's admin or owner. It is a pretty secured tool so using it is completely safe and simple.
