We basically use it to access virtual machines that need to be restarted or back up from one machine to another server.

Pros

It is a medium complexity tool. You can access several machines simultaneously, on windows or linux servers. It is effective in proposing

Cons

The layout is confusing and the support has no translation. Not to mention some connection errors we could not solve the problem

I have found this remote application when i was looking a new remote app. It is working very well, good connection and no problem.

I like the app, works really good but i think it is expensive for an application like this, i dont mean it is not a good app, just expensive.

Most of the time i have to connect to my company's server which i can connect from anywhere just with the laptop and internet connection.

Pros

This software is just awesome and very convenient to work from where ever you are. Most of the times I work from home which requires me to use this software. The connection is very stable and can work without any interruption.

Cons

Sometimes it takes longer time to connect to the server.

We always had to review a customers systems for upgrades and for processing help so this made it so simple

Pros

We use this daily to remote into a PC so we can quickly check on a customers system and either review errors or try to recreate something on their environment

Cons

We never had issues with RDM it always so easy for us to use. The only issues we ever had were related to the VPN tunnel we needed to go through.

Pros

Provides a large array of connection methods from RDP to SSH. Perfect if you are looking after a large number of servers or infrastructure.

Cons

It's not really a support tool for client endpoints. If you want to share screen with users at the same time with default win security locking the screen then you will need to review your requirements again.

Pros

The community and feature set. I like to have my account protected by the 2FA.

Cons

Although the application is has a steap Learning curve it is doable.

Pros

It has been glitch free from day one for us. I use this software every day to do my job because I work remotely and it never fails me.

It was extremely helpful, allowed me to easily work remotely.

Pros

I used this when I worked remotely for my job for 2 years. It was amazingly helpful and actually is the tool that enabled me to stay hired. My boss was able to see my screen to see my designs as I worked and give input, as well I was able to print directly to the office computer doing this, while living 10hrs away.

Cons

Sometimes it was glitchy, which was then very difficult when I needed to get on the computer at the office but couldn't access it for a couple hours.

Finally I have one application which helps me to do my daily job. One which runs on all of my devices and I do not need to care about sharing the settings, etc. It just to its job and it's extremely easy in use.

Pros

\- native support for plenty connection types - not supported connections can still be made with use of external software directly from RDM - nice and friendly interface - cloud storage for the connection settings - mobile version

Cons

\- editing multiple items at once is not working for me as expected - free edition is very limited -No Linux version

Pros

This is the easiest program to use when it comes to remotely controlling clients computers. Most imporatnt it is easy for the client to follow the directions on their end.

Cons

Sensitive to certain internet connections. Seems to need full bars on both ends to achieve a successful connection.

### "Great for multiple Customers"

Pros

It allows you to group the different boxes you access under a tree hierarchy. We put DV, PY and PD boxes under customer's name each time we've got VPN access to their servers, that way we always can easily identify them and access their servers. You can also export configurations very easily. Store credentials, preferences and certificates. Awesome.

Cons

This isn't a con particularly, but it's not a very innovative software. It's very simple and does it's job. Period.

It has cloud backup function that you can archive your connections and it is automated. I can connect anything that I need to be now.

Pros

It has many capability about connection. It is all-in-one for connection to somewhere, does not matter it is hardware or software.

Cons

Installation size is big, not too much user friendly UI, it is getting slower if you have more than 1000 connections

I don't like remote desktop. The constant crashing makes it not easy to use and slows down my productivity

Pros

We use this to launch SLX. Idk if it is SLX or remote desktop but I don't have many good things to say about Remote Desktop

Cons

Remote Desktop crashes every 30 mins minimum. I have to restart the program multiple times during my day and it messes w my computer too.

We have a dermatology practice with multiple locations. We use the Remote Destop Manager to sign in to the server from remote locations. It is helpful also for saving money on license for some software programs. You do not need a seperate license to run a remote location using the Remote Desktop Manager.

Pros

The software is easy to use and works well for us.

There is not anything I do not like about the software.

It is a free manager to use. Flexible to work anywhere if you have this already on your computer. Sometimes can be a challenge though

Cons

You can not run on multiple computers if needed. It is also not an easy thing to set up outside of the office

This program saves us a lot of time and enables us to provide fast and quality support to our clients. Not having to locate the hostname of the servers and type our AD credentials every time is a huge time saver!

Pros

Remote Desktop Manager has all the features to make the life of a System Administrator like me much easier! Having all my RDP connections stored in one great place is fantastic. Price is very cheap for all the bells and whistles it has. Supports a wide variety of systems.

Cons

I can't say anything negative about this tool. It is the best in its category.
