The only issues we ever had were related to the VPN tunnel we needed to go through. Pros I used this when I worked remotely for my job for 2 years. It was amazingly helpful and actually is the tool that enabled me to stay hired. My boss was able to see my screen to see my designs as I worked and give input, as well I was able to print directly to the office computer doing this, while living 10hrs away. We put DV, PY and PD boxes under customer's name each time we've got VPN access to their servers, that way we always can easily identify them and access their servers. You can also export configurations very easily. Store credentials, preferences and certificates. Awesome. Cons This isn't a con particularly, but it's not a very innovative software.
