Again, the customer service was fantastic. I've accidently let my billing lapse and they never disconnected me and helped me work through adjusting my plan to better suit my changing needs. Super useful all in one site builder and allows for endless customizations. If you're somehwhat into coding, know some basic HTML, CSS; there are plenty of ways to implement customizatons, track clicks and retention metrics, SEO, you name it.

Pros

I've been using pixpa since 2022 and this is my review of my experience. Value for money: HUGE. Overall, after researching a lot of site builders at that time, pixpa came out on top and has continued to prove to be a great value. Customer Support: Phenomenal. The support team, especially \[sensitive content hidden\], has helped me on so many occasions and with any issue I've had. They're fast to respond, and offer support around the clock. Their help is also extremely knowledgeable and they're able to solve issues quickly. Website creation: The tools are easy to use and a website can be thrown up in days or hours if you have all your content planned and ready. There are many templates and its good to keep in mind they're configured for specific website builds (based on business type, portfolio, or whatever your specific needs are). You don't have to be a photographer to find value in Pixpa. As a photographer myself I give them a 9.5 out of 10. I've never experienced one instance where my website was down, or where it didn't function as intended. You can blog, you can create biolink sites, you can use templates (all very nicely done).

Cons

To set up more complicated business structure it requires the connection of a few tools (like booking, calendar connection, contracts, advanced CRM) through tools like make, or zapier. Nothing wrong with that but it feels a little more difficult than some other tools I've used that perform connected API tasks. The plus side of this is that Pixpas experts can easily help with this and can be hired for very reasonable prices. I highly recommend budgeting for their additional service of building with you, and do so right from the start if you have a plan. They can help with your plan too. Just ask. There wasn't one thing they declined to help me with and I need a lot of help!

Once you understand how it works it is very easy to use. There are so many variations possible that you won't feel like having the same site as everyone.

Pros

The design and the prize ! I'm a professional photographer in France and my clients are very happy about the way they can see and choose their photos. Everything is just nicer and easier for everyone !

Cons

I cant't think of anything....the more time I spend on my website the more things I discover, and the happier I get !

### "Not worth giving them money"

Functional but a constant stress and headache where you have to check to make sure your website is working on a bi-weekly basis, occasionally have serious problems like sale galleries not loading images, only for the staff to not listen or attempt to fix it. I'm leaving this negative review because of my experiences with them being challenging. Pixpa is for people who don't want to take their business seriously.

Pros

\- It works most of the time - Kind of affordable but a poor quality product for the money given the headaches - Simple until things go wrong, which happens regularly - Great if you don't want to take a business seriously - Good for side hustles that can be second tier quality

Cons

\- Poor customer service for anything remotely complicated - Customer service doesn't listen to your problems if they don't know how to fix them - Website services fail regularly - Website requires constant supervision for errors - Limited design choices - Varying upload speeds and consistentcy of service - Inability to analyze your sales in any meaningful way - Inability to aggregate customer data in any meaningful way - Many other very important but missing features - If their website services fail and lose your business money, there is zero recourse, customer support doesn't care

I am really satisfied with what I could create so far, and also with the things I am able to add, so a work in progress, supported bij the pixpa customer service. I like the way Pixpa alows me to do things step by step, offering all the possibillities, for example bilingual websites and a lot of ways to create your own shop in a very simple way.

I liked the customer support most of all: within minuts a kind person helped me out with every question or problem I had creating my website \[sensitive content hidden\]

Cons

Sometimes it was not clear to me where to find ways to create or change things, but with te help of customer support I managed to become accustomed to the backend of Pixpa and how things worked. As with almost everything: it is important to learn from failure and keep going on!

I'm very satisfied with the experience so far and it is an excellent platform, considering also the value for money. I would recommend it to fellow artists.

Pros

Interface is clear, website creation is very fast and there are lots of customization options. Customer support is on point and very fast. Payment systems integration is clear and complete. Client galleries are excellent tools that allow for a very personal touch and customer experience - both for commissions and events.

Cons

The client galleries are amazing tools, but it seems they are thought mainly for photographers and shipping always in mind. The customer always has to leave a shipping address even if the delivery is in-person. The pictures in the galleries draw from the same price lists, but it is possible that the artist sells specific formats for specific pictures - for example A4 and A5 - therefore adding the extra step for the customer to specify the format and price. These are very minor complaints and don't affect the overall experience, but can require an extra communication when selling in-person through the client galleries at events.

The per-image format pricing is a similar story: a useful structure for photographers selling prints, but it creates a workaround step when the pricing logic is format-specific per piece. In Pixpa, you can very easily build a good website yourself, with various gallery options and a webshop where you can sell your products yourself at no extra cost, making it very suitable for artists. Everything works very intuitively, so you can create an attractive website even without extensive web design skills. Additionally, Pixpa is very affordable. I am glad I discovered Pixpa. If you have questions, you get a quick response from the helpdesk.

I have had a website with Pixpa for six months now and have not experienced any disadvantages to date.

Pros

The ease of use! Hands down the best platform I have found for easy website updates. For once I’m not intimidated to make changes on my own website!

It could be a little easier to change up the mobile view versus the desktop- but even then it’s user friendly and gets the job done!

Fantastic so far! Easy to set up with my .com, plenty of hosting room for portfolio and gallery links, and overall pleasant experience choosing and customizing templates.

Pros

As a first-time website creator, Pixpa made it easy to jump in, grab a template that works well, and start building my portfolio and funnel website for my Photography business. I've tried a few other sites, and Pixpa rivals the more expensive options easily.

Cons

The only hiccup that I had with Pixpa was using it and editing pages on my mobile device. You definitely want a desktop to properly design and work through building your website on Pixpa.

Overall, the experience with Pixpa was amazing. We were able to deliver a quality, professional digital presence for our brand within a minimal amount of time. Due to the options offered, we were able to keep a very similar design to what we had previously so our clients saw a familiar look and feel.

Pros

The beautiful template options for each content block and the ability to customize each for our brand.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve coming from Pixieset, however, a little time (a single weekend) was enough for me to overcome this and get our website looking top-notch. There is no ability to remove the Pixpa branding on a single website. You have to sign up as a partner (2+ websites under management) in order to have this removed.

Overall my experience has been very positive. From someone that has built sites from tables til now. Pixpa offers a lot of bang for the buck and very user friendly.

Pros

Very quick to get setup and very intuitive. Find it easy to work with to get professional results.

Cons

I'm not sure how to improve this from a ux design but editing links seems like a lot of clicks to get to the link that needs to be edited. Also on mobile some menu items are hard to get to. Wish they had a gallery app for fast sharing.

Amazing, honestly the best photography specific site builder, miles better than the general big players in site/ecommerce builders (wix, squarespace, and bigcartel)

Pros

The ongoing support. Aside from the amazing and full wiki section, I can always rely on the live chat to assist with queries and any (rare) issues I have.

Cons

There are some UI/design choices when building the site which take some getting used to. As a former web developer however, I understand that many of these choices are for the sake of simplicity.

Very happy. I've built a number of sites over the years and while I kind of hate building from templates, the way they approach this makes it so easy. I keep the parts I like, add new elements, and changes colors and styles to fit my taste. It's really a brilliant platform, with incredible customer service, and competitive pricing. A little room for improvement but truly fantastic!

Pros

Overall, very simple to use, with very little learning curve for the basic features. Well thought out templates, tools, and features that enable you to deliver stunning sites. But what I like best is the SERVICE. Wow, they are incredibly responsive and exceptionally helpful. I've never waited more than a couple of minutes to get assistance and their people are great - not only knowledgeable and helpful but they include screenshots, links, etc to help you quickly resolve your issues.

Cons

Anytime you are working with templates, wizards, or drag n' drop tools you are going to have some limitations in what you can do - I knew that going in, and yet was surprised at how powerful and flexible it really is. They are really good, there is really nothing I dislike about them. That said, I feel like they are a few small features and adjustments away from being AMAZING. I hope they continue to invest and expand capabilities as well as ease of use and integrations. They are on the verge of real greatness.

Very positive, it's not the cheapest option but the customer support has been wonderful and when you utilise all features you really get your money's worth

Pros

Easy to build, excellent customer support, good features and functionality for displaying my portfolio

Cons

The interface on some features confused me at times but there were ample 'help' and 'how-to guide' articles to assist

Amazing and easy to display my work to clients and family and friend without over complicating it. I would definitely recommend it since it’s very affordable compared to other platforms.

Pros

Very easy and quick to learn and the overall surface is very neat so I can come up with an idea and implement it then and there.

Cons

The storage space for a basic account seems to small as a photographer who wants to send maximum quality to clients.

The most valuable aspect of Pixpa is its exceptional value for money combined with its focus on the creative industry. It provides an all-in-one solution for photographers—combining portfolio website hosting, e-commerce capabilities (for print and digital sales), and dedicated client proofing galleries—all under one competitive subscription price. The clean, modern, and easily customizable design templates allowed me to launch a professional site quickly without needing extensive coding knowledge. Cons

The quality of support has been a surprise to me! Quite honestly- it has been outstanding. It is just, I say just getting started. As small business you often do not get the support you need without buying a package at a ridiculous expense. As a small business I say thank you to Pixpa. A big shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\] this morning who put up with my frequent messages.

Pros

I moved to Pixpa because of the reports from many photographers about the quality of its service and support. I am quite good with tech but changing platforms I did not want to waste time relearning a system. I will in time but I needed to get it up and running. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been outstanding. Using a video clip to highlight what to do was above and beyond. I was in a rush to get started to use my website for my business and to be honest without the support I would never in the time I had available. There is always a lot of criticism with Tech and sometimes rightfully so but the response from Pixpa has been outstanding. A shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\] as well. As small business a huge thank you for your support.

Cons

Learning a new system is never easy. Up until now I am so pleased to have moved and started with Pixpa. There are cons with everything but the support has been well above what I was expecting.

I recommend Pixpa to anyone I know who either has a website and is looking to change things up, or is looking to start their website. My time with Pixpa has been nothing but wonderful!

Pros

Pixpa is super simple to use, while still having a lot of features. The customer support is also top notch!

Cons

The site does have technical hiccups now and then, but customer support is always there to lend a helping hand.
