The platform makes it easy to create and manage attractive websites, while the pricing and responsive customer support add significant value. I have not encountered any security concerns or major technical problems. I have used Pixpa primarily for website hosting and creation rather than blogging, but the platform provides the tools needed to support a blog as well. Fav Selection : IS really a tough on the web. Have communicated multiple times to team but no update. ACTUAL : Once he likes the photo , for each and every photo he need to select the fav list to which that photo needs to go. EXPECTED : Client should be allowed to select multiple photos in fav with a single click and each album-->Gallery (photographers have creatd while uploading) selection should be visible. Owner Entertainment Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Not worth giving them money" April 13, 2025 1.0 Functional but a constant stress and headache where you have to check to make sure your website is working on a bi-weekly basis, occasionally have serious problems like sale galleries not loading images, only for the staff to not listen or attempt to fix it. I'm leaving this negative review because of my experiences with them being challenging. Pixpa is for people who don't want to take their business seriously. Photographer Arts and Crafts Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "One stop shop for creatives" July 11, 2026 5.0 When I tried Pixpa and at the same time another service, it was clear to me after just a couple of hours dealing with those solutions, that Pixpa is made with the needs of creatives in mind. I see a lot of features I am not using yet, but it is good to know I can do all these things without adding more services and therefore having to pay more. I love that Pixpa has a solution for everything. I was able to set up a basic website with a gallery, an about page, a contact page and a blog in no time at all and now I will add anything else I need and fine tune it next. And to know that I am saving money using Pixxpa which can do so much more than what I used to use, is mind-blowing. Pros Pixpa has all the features you could ask for as a creative person. I was using a different service for years which didn't have those and I am so glad I found Pixpa. Cons Sometimes I can not remember where to find something like changing a background image or editing text. But I am sure I'll get used to that and find things quicker in the future. September 10, 2026 5.0 I am graphic designer, but I don’t have any web experience! I am almost done with my new site and I am really happy. Things were pretty easy to figure out and when I got stuck there are tons of videos out there to walk you through it. I think they offer help too. Pros I thought the price was great compared to what i was seeing on shopify, sq space, ect for a site with a portfolio and be able to have a private portfolio with a log in. I use them for all of my portfolio-type domains and love the end result. And, when things go sideways, I know I can count on Pixpa to fix the problem (even if it's my fault) in 24hrs or less. From someone that has built sites from tables til now. Pixpa offers a lot of bang for the buck and very user friendly. Pros Very quick to get setup and very intuitive. Find it easy to work with to get professional results. Cons I'm not sure how to improve this from a ux design but editing links seems like a lot of clicks to get to the link that needs to be edited. Also on mobile some menu items are hard to get to. Wish they had a gallery app for fast sharing. Cons I like the interface, the logical way in which everything is arranged, the ease of use and the fact that I can use everything I need in one place. I had zero background and have no IT savvy at all. Excellent customer support via chat function 2. Website creation was much easier than this non-techie person could have imagined 3. Design and layout options are excellent Cons it may have been user error, however, I was not able to load my pictures directly from my Google Photos. I ended up having to save them to my computer and then upload to Pixpa. I found that extra step frustrating, but it could have been my lack of experience in how to upload? A short learning curve is required to adjust and customize the already great-looking presets (if needed), but it's absolutely manageable. Most importantly, the chat support is fantastic: fast, personal, and highly effective. Any issues are resolved immediately — sometimes the team even steps in directly to fix things for you.
