Pros Set up was really easy (even as a newbie) and I was able to get a website up rather quickly. It's intuitive to use, and everything feels well-organized. Even as a beginner, I was able to build a website I'm proud of. There's a wide variety of beautiful and customizable templates. I found one that perfectly suits my style and helped me showcase my photos. Considering all the features and how easy it is, I think it's great value. No website building knowledge is required: select a template, modify as fit, apply. Pros Ease of use. This is my first experience with site building. The only steps required are: select a template, modify (add a feature, remove a feature, add a redirect, etc..) and save changes. Support team is very good. When support is required - it is a question of dropping a mail and getting an answer the following day, sometimes even within a few hours. Quite often they attach a small video with a step by step instructions "Click here, then click there...." Cons I did not have any issues, it has been a very smooth experience so far. Pros I am still learning since the software is a bit complex but with the great help of the Pixpa Team who is always there when you need them (24/7) I am getting closer and closer to the site I wished for. There is only one thing that I would like to have and that is to have the possibility to edit my site on the phone or tablet in order for me to make instant changes when needed. Cons The possibilities to change things in the site seem to be all over the place in the dashboard. I would love to have them all in one place, but obviously this is not possible. After searching a bit and understanding the software better and with the help of the great Pixpa Team I get there and my site will eventually be finished and built. You can get your questions answered and needs met any time of the day. They are very thorough and answer all questions in detail. Pixpa is very affordable and you get so much for the price. I am thrilled to have the educator discount. My website is beautiful and I was able to customize it exactly how I wanted it with very little web building knowledge. I love the client gallery, ecommerce store, and website builder in one place. Cons There are a few things i think could really make this site awesome. Allowing users to accept crypto currency in the e-commerce store would be great. In addition please allow us to reorder items in the store manually. Once you save an item it completely throws off the entire order. I love selling art prints but the 3rd party whcc store that allows customers to order prints could use some work. Creating a community of pixpa website experts that can help a person design their pages. The app portion in which you can give to clients needs a lot of work.
