It gives me and my clients a satisfying experience, especially in the realm of ecommerce. Pros Easy to use with great functionality. What I have enjoyed the most is being able to sell items directly from client gallaries hassle free. Easy for me, easy for my clients. I can control download options by gallery and by user. Order management is very well done too. This is a small side business for me, and before I switched to Pixpa I was on the verge of throwing the towel in. Cons The only con I've experienced is a technical glitch this week that deleted all images in a gallery (rather than just the images I had selected), and then wouldn't allow me to restore the deleted images. So far this has been a one-off problem. The option to restore deleted images is, ordinarily, definitely on the pro list. June 25, 2021 4.0 I wanted to show my photos and sell prints in the easiest way possible, all on one platform. Pixpa turned out to be a great place to do that! Pros Pixpa is extremely easy and intuitive to use. As a photographer, I was looking for a platform that will help me build a portfolio fast and easy. Another important thing to me was being able to update the website easily being able to integrate a shop. Pixpa made all these very simple and quick! Also, best and most helpful customer support I've seen on a platform so far. Cons I feel like there is a very small pool of templates to chose from, and I would appreciate having more creative options to structure my website in a different way. Reason for choosing Pixpa It was cheaper and again, more fitting towards artist portfolios and stores. Perhaps the best thing is that it easily adapts to screen/window size without making your site look unreadable, so you know that your pages will look good on both mobile and desktop. Cons I would like to see PDFs or a similar file format supported, and it has been a little glitchy at times, but those are very minor grievances. I'm able to edit it fast, which I wasn't been able to do on previous website builders. The support from the Pixpa team is very fast and human, no automated replies where you have to wait days for help. An excellent all round service I would recommend to anybody new to website building. A very friendly team. The interface is a pleasure to use. Pros The interface is easy to use and understand. Fantastic choice of templates ready to use. Cons I would like to see a feature that would zoom in on certain artworks and am finding the text difficult to get right, but sure I'll be helped by the Pixpa team when I call on their support. The user interface was easy to learn and I was able to make the site exactly how i wanted it. Pros When looking around for a platform to develop my on-line gallery, several products were suggested through the photographic community, but Pixpa received numerous positive comments about it's adaptability, functionality, and ease of use. It was fun to use (and this from a non-techy individual) and when I hit a bump in the creative road, the customer service team at Pixpa were impressively responsive. Cons My needs are not that extensive, so I really didn't come across any "missing" functionality. I have by directories established, my travel blog updating, and all is well! January 17, 2023 5.0 I was really scared of building my website all on my own. I thought it had to be difficult and complicated and that I would get stuck. I found Pixpa and I really appreciated that there were 2 weeks free trial to see everything and try things around and then you can decide if you want to go on with your work. So it was no stress for me that I was choosing something that could not see the results yet. The process of building the website was easy and clear, there are all the instructions even in a written form, so I was really impressed I could build it myself without any particular difficulties. When something unusal appeared I contacted the customer care service and they were always super fast and helpful. The templates are really beautiful and giive you nice and tidy professional look. I am really happy with my choice.So my experience so far has been great and I would definitely recommend it to everyone! The design interface is both frustrating and limited. That said, the support staff is AMAZING and when you can't figure something out or you can't get the controls to do what you want, they can often fix the issue for you behind the scenes. They also work hard at adding and updating features. I'm still working with the product, trying to build a new site, but it's slow going so far. I'm hoping to get to a final product. Pros The thing I like most is the range of features and the customer support is great. Cons The design interface is abysmal. I spend a LOT of time fighting with it.
